I was recently hospitalized in a VA facility and overheard a conversation in which it was said that it was against policy for employees and patients to be friends on facebook or other social media. Anyone know anything about that?

Back in the early to mid 80's there was a trucking song and the only line I can remember is that he said he had crossed enough state lines to start his own country. I believe it was sponsored by Shell Oil Company at the time they were putting out cassettes as an advertising gimmick. If anyone has any idea about it , I would appreciate a memory jog. I have uninstalled Microsoft Office for some weird reason. Can I use the disc that came with the computer to reinstall it without messing up everything else?
