I am 13 and weigh around 82lbs. My jump today was 24 ft 1in. Is that ok? How could i do better and are there any good drills? i already do a lot of conditioning for my legs when i get home. :)

well i had ""spotting?" 2 weeks ago... well when i wiped there was bloody discharge then 3 days later last week ithappenedd again and now i don;t have it.

3 days ago i wiped after i went to the bathroom and it wa like discharge mixed with blood,,, like the color when you drop 1 red food coloring into a tall glass,,, like a really liquid red. anyway i put in a pad and the next morning it was gone. I already:

had a growth spirt (5'2'')

have discharge for 2 years

pubic and arm pit hair

size 32A

and ya im 13.

work out alot(4 hours on tues and thurs) ((because of track and then volleyball practice))
