which is the right file for reducing the width size of a steel flat bar? the bar might be half inch thick if the Home Depot has any steel flat bars of that size. so the size would be if thy have it. 2 inch width, and 1 half inch thick, and 4 inch long, witch i will cut it to 4 inch long. i need 2 piece like that. 

so what i want to do is file the side to make the width go down to 1-13/16 or 1-7/9 the photo show how far down. it like 3 lines before the 2 inch mark see photo hope it clear enough click the photo to make it bigger. so i do not know what file is the right one for the job. and I don't have any grinding machine. and i am on a tight budget i got to buy all supplies on my list and cant go over $300 with tax include i am shooting for way less then $300 but a $300 budget available for me. thank you all in advance for your future answers

so it not smooth because of the texture that on it. want to hang a shop light LED it has a chain on each side to hang it from.

and so here we go 

idea 1. 

a strong magnet on the roof that has 600 of pull force aka can left 600 lbs. then put      a smaller magnet that can barely pull about 20 lbs off the ground. then put that on        the ceiling to connect to the other magnet it's like sandwiching aluminum alloy to a      super strong magnet and to a smaller magnet or like a Oreo cookie the top                  chocolate cookie part is the strong magnet and the white part is the aluminum              alloy and the bottom chocolate cookie part is the smaller magnet my photo show        also what i mean? 

idea 2.   

put on the roof a steel flat bar of 1/4 inch thick then on the ceiling a fishing                  magnet of  600 pull force aka can left up to 600 lbs. 

this idea i'm not  sure if it will work because of the aluminum alloy is in the way of making a directed contact to the steel flat bar also the bar will not be to wide and the fishing magnet is a bigger width then the flat steel bar so it not getting all the pull force the reason why the bar can not be wider is because the roof as 2 tiny  pumps and if i was to put a bar that was full width it would have a gap and not be flat on the aluminum so the magnet would have less attraction to the bar    

would i get any more pull Capacity of a higher weight by having more magnets side by side? if not where can i get stronger magnets i think 300 Pull Capacity would be good i only need then to hold 4 lbs but the thing is there will be a Alumawood between the magnet  and the steel. the thickness of the flat pan Alumawood cover is like . 024, or . 030 gauge thicknesses.i had tested the magnets by putting a flat steel bar on top of Alumawood flat pan roof and the magnet under to see how strong will it be it was some what strong strong but i'm sure it lost some pull strength do to the Alumawood being in between and the Alumawood has a wood  texture design on it. so it's not a flat surface that why i was wondering  if i add more magnets side by side would that it give it a higher weight pull Capacity like double or quadruple the amount  if not where can i get a magnets with 300 of pull capacity i will still need to put 2 on each side 2 and 2 like the pic  it going to hole up a shop light on are flat pan Alumawood patio the flat steel bar would get rust but i have a can of pray cam of Olympic waterguard spray. or i can use spray paint it with  Rust-Oleum

this is a update question cuz photo it give a batter idea. 

OK so I know the Alumawood has built-in texture to it. but I was hoping that the glue could overcome the texture and handle the heat as well in summer time. again this is to hung a shop light in the ceiling of the Alumawood ceiling.and no hole can be made this is a flat pan roof so if i can glue the stainless steel plate sheet witch be thick like a name tag you were at work like a market or clothing store and so on then to hold the shop light would be 2 brackets flat one. and 2 magnets that has a 95 lbs Pull Capacity. put 2 on  Each sides ( o )==( o )   ( o )==( o ) then a hook that will bolt to the bracket in the middle of it photo show it 99% of it built in photo not in real life yet and attach to the stainless steel piece and the plate glue to the Alumawood to show u so u see what i mean if i can not glue a plate then i have other idea but this idea would cost way less to do. & cuz the Alumawood has texture i thought maybe tracing the plat where it will goes then put some epoxy glue in the square area let it dry & then sand it to make it flat & then score it like ### & then glue the plate in. epoxy glue works better when it has grooves to get intoother idea that would cost way more would be attach 2 wood beams across like this ║      ║ then install the light to the beams. the beams will attach to wall only & not ceiling but be flush to the ceiling across to other side to the beam that is Alumawood cross beam 

is it possible to glue a thin piece of stainless steel that would be as thick as a name tag the one u wear at work like clothing store or market to Alumawood if yes what Glue would I use? as some of you may know already what Alumawood is, but for who do not know what that is  it is just painted aluminum that has a wooden texture on it. i posted here photos so u can see. and keep in mined that ceiling will get hot in the summer time and i not want the metal to fall off. so what i am trying to do here is well we got i new patio made of Alumawood it is called a flat pan. so u can not put holes in the ceiling but i want to hang a shop light but as i can not put any hole i was thinking of gluing some stainless steel 2x2 inch and as thick as a name tag and 4 strong  magnets the one i have has a place to put a screw in the middle so use 2 magnets for each side and a bolt just need a flat bracket that has 3 holes then bolt 2 magnets on each side total of each bracket  then put a bolt hook in the middle the photo will show also what i mean so then the metal 2 x 2 thin plate glued to the ceiling is to hold the magnets to the ceiling here is some links just because the pic is small is u click the pic i might get bigger https://i.pinimg.com/originals/03/a3/53/03a353d858...

ok so  I want to take selfies using a tripod and a timer on a camera. but i can not afford a big price camera. but i want some thing  that take good quality photo and i mean like better then my phone witch is a Samsung Galaxy A10 A105M 32GB Duos.

now if there a good price camera, but it does not have a flip screen, but does have a timer, then that would be fin. as long as there is away to add a extra screen monitor to a point and shoot camera so i can see my self. both cameras in the pic below are point and shoot cameras. the right side camera cost way to much but it was for example purposes  as for adding a monitor not sure if thy will work on a point and shoot camera. but i have seen some that work on a DSLR Cameras like this

lazada i could not find any tv that where 80 inch in size i found only 75 only.

and shopee also did not have 80inch and up.

i need to find a Philippines web site that sell 80 inch in size or bigger that will let me use my USA credit card.

i can not just send money because no money to send just credit cards.

and card i can not use it to pay to send money that is a cash advance all use up.

so my only option is to buy it with a card.

and it has to be a philippines web site bcause, philippines use 220 volts 60Hz. so buying in usa then sending it would cost to much.

and no set up for 220v.
