  • Permanently enlarged glands in throat and neck...?

Hi, ive been very run down recently, and ive got quite big, hard-ish lumps going down the side of my neck and just under my jaw/chin. They are quite tender sometimes and the ones under my jaw give me shooting pains at times. I have them all the time even if i havent got a cold/virus.

Is this normal or ok, or is there something else going on?

  • Can guardian angels communicate through numbers?

I read in a paranormal magazine recently that angels can communicate through numbers? Like for example it said 11:11 means higher energies are around you, and 3.33 means all is well.

I always have these double, triple or quadruple numbers everywhere i look.

Anyone with any knowledge on angels? thanks in advance

  • Cant live like this anymore?

Hi. Im just throwing this out there i dont know if anyone can help me.

Basically, In the new year i was made redundant, probably because i'd had so much time off sick. I am battling a chronic long term illness, which stress undoubtedly makes worse. I am on sickness benefit as i cant work, so therefore i have hardly any money.

But i need to get out of my house as soon as i can, I live with a very difficult mother who just loves to take out her stresses on me. We are in financial difficulty at the moment so obviously tensions will be higher than normal. But there is no excuse for how she treats me. She's rediculously hot headed, so trying to reason with her is impossible. It just results in temper tantrums, abusive shouting then storming off like a stroppy teenager.

I spend most evenings in my boyfriends house, which i am very lucky to have. But i spend all day in the week at home. I cant just pop to a friends house, as my illness makes that very difficult. Not that i have many friends anyway...

I dont think i could move into my boyfriends house, as he lives with his grandad, who is struggling to make ends meet as it is. The rest of my family i'm not very close with either, so i couldnt stay at theirs.

Sometimes i get so upset and angry I start thinking of horrible things, like self harming and overdoses. The only person i feel I've got is my boyfriend. God knows what Id end up as if he wasnt around. Im just so fustrated in this house. I feel like I've lost my life.

Ive gone from being a healthy, active young woman with so much going for me, to someone who is basically house bound, living off a tiny amount of money feeling like I'm going mad in these four walls. Theres just half of my problems.. If any one knows what the hell i can do in this situation, please help. I know its long, thanks for taking the time to read this x

  • Really sore breasts most of the time?

I`ve always had quite tender breasts, and my doc said i had Mastitis ( that was 2 years ago )

However since i`ve been on Yasmin contraceptive pill, my boobs are REALLY painful! Its fine when i'm on my period, and for a few days afterwards. But throughout the month they are lumpy, very tender, sometimes i feel like they are hot inside? Last night they where so painful i had to sit upright, and take ibuprofen. I dont even have large breasts im a 34B. Any advice would be very helpful, as i dont like going to the doctor

  • Numb side of face...not stroke!?

Ok, so i`ve had viral labyrinthitis for 5 months now, and in fact its getting worse. I`m catching every cold possible, and my immune system is very weak. Over the last few weeks, ive had ear ache and shooting pains in the ears, gradually getting more frequent and longer lasting.

Two nights ago my face on my right side felt numb and my skin felt like i had rubber skin ( i know that sounds wierd but thats what it felt like ) I was scared i was having a stroke! I didnt have any muscle weakness just felt numb. In addition to this, my glands are up and tender, my hairline at the back of my neck is tender, reaching all the way round to my cheekbones.

Last night the other side of my face went numb, its not sudden, it does it gradually. But i also had pains in my cheek bone too. I went to the doctor, and she told me i had Neuralgia! Thats got nothing to do with vertigo and inner ear problems. I feel like she wasnt listening to me at all, and all she did was prescribe me really strong medication, in which there was so many bad side affects ive decided i`d rather just take normal painkillers, than make my vertigo and nausea worse.

At the moment, i feel increadibly fatigued and "spaced out". I`m suffering from hallucinations, mostly at night when im trying to sleep. But scary nevertheless.

Does anyone know whats wrong with me? I never thought my ears could affect my life so much

    Thanks

  • Long-term Labyrinthitis sufferer would like help and advice?

Hi, ive been suffering from Labyrinthitis for over 4 months now. And its really getting me down.

I have almost constant vertigo and nystagmus, my ears make a popping sound, then i go deaf for a second then i have tinnitus for a minute or so. I`m also having bad vertigo at night when im sleeping, and have very vivid dreams. I cant go into big shops or busy and noisy atmospheres as it makes me so disorientated.

I`m currently on the NHS waiting list to see a ENT specialist, but i`ve been ill for four months already and now have to wait another 6 months just to see someone. I am incredibly frustrated, because i have also lost my job because of this illness. If there is ANYONE out there who knows what im going through or can point me in the right direction for help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys ...

  • Feeling like i`m being watched...?

Over the last few months or so, ive been getting the odd feeling that something is watching me. For example in my boyfriends house, i thought he was stood behind me, but i turned around and he wasn't there. I can "feel" something there its creepy. When im walking to the shop or something, i keep looking over my shoulder.

Today also, when i was doing my hair in my room, i could feel something watching me again, but i felt scared to look into the mirror i kept half expecting to see something scary. Another weird thing today - i got a really strong smell of B.O ( and i mean strong, like a smelly old homeless man or something ) and then it vanished as soon as i smelt it...Im confused! Please help

  • Are paranoid schizophrenics dangerous?

I have a neighbour who lives right next door to me, with paranoid schizophrenia. He is o.k most of the time, but he has episodes where he dosent take his meds and end up in the local mental hospital.

He developed a bit of a thing for me unfortunatley, and its almost stalking. If i go to take my dog for a walk in the field at the bottom of my house, he finds a reason to go in his garden (his garden backs onto field) and talks to himself ect. He`ll wait for me to come home and he`ll be in the front garden "doing something". Theres many other incidents also. I wouldnt be so freaked out for the fact i know he is violent, and unstable.

Should i be careful, or even report the incidents? I`ve been keeping a diary of everything.

He`s also had to have a restraining order put against him in the past, to stop him harrassing me. Im scared in my own home now i dont know if i`m safe

  • Can nasty spirits change shape?

I had a evil ghost in my home when i was a kid. It usually showed up as a black shadow,

but when my brother was trying to sleep one night he heard something in his room, he peeped over the bed-covers and there was a strange goblin/troll like thing with an evil smirk no taller than himself in height. He was terrified so he threw his teddies at it, but it kept coming towards him, he ran out of teddies and screamed so my mum came in and it disappeared? Ive spoken to him recently about it and he insists thats what he saw.

I do know that this evil entity had a thing against men and seemed to like scaring us

If anyone has information it would be helpful

    Thanks

  • I have a friend...not a very good one?

We used to have a good laugh together, but Sam* can be abusive and argumentative once she`s had a drink(so i avoid drinking together) And recently, i`ve been quite ill and need my friends more than ever, but she hasnt contacted me since her birthday ( which makes me think she just wanted us to go to her birthday party) and that was end of october. She also never showed up at my birthday, and always thinks she`s the only person in the world with problems!

Do you think its worth trying to get the friendship back? Or just move on and forget about her? And if so, how?

  • I have a landfill site near my house...?

Its only across a small field at the back of my house. I saw on google street view that there are two toxic pools (they are like a greeny colour water) And i`m worried about my family`s health. It stinks in summer time, and the flies in summer are huge!

Is there anything to be worried about?

  • Has anyone heard of Cushings disease in dogs?

My dog recently hasnt been very well at all. She was diagnosed diabetic about 4 months ago but its been a big struggle to even stabilise her. The vets suggested doing the tests for the disease, and while waiting for the results i googled it and found she had almost all of the symptoms, so i was convinced she had it. Anyway the vets confirmed she DIDNT have it! So what on earth could it be instead? Anyone else had similar experiences?
