supposedly it's a neighborhood/municipality/ suburb (or whatever you want to call it) of Atlanta. i was given an address with this name, yet it's not registered! what are the chances that this place exists?

i try to avoid drama as much as possible, but being a senior in high school it is truly inevitable. a dance is coming up within a few weeks, and i'm dateless. i've built up the courage to ask this graciously sweet, intelligent, and overall phenomenal friend to be my date. i know i want to maintain the night on friendly terms, nothing overtly erotic, just fun. any who, this same girl was asked out to the dance by another friend, i even encouraged him to ask her out before i thought of doing so. she rejected him and told him she was already going with someone else. things is, we were all invited to join a group for dinner, and my male and female friends i've been addressing will be present, yet they don't know that the other is going. i feel some what guilty asking her out, when i had encouraged my other friend to ask her out and he was denied.

i plan on asking her out by making her a creme brulee, and chocolate mousse torte, i'm notorious for being the school's "gourmet". so do i set aside the fact that he might think badly of me for encouraging him to ask this girl out, and then got rejected; and i then finally decide to ask her our?

i feel so out of place in this situation, way to leave it to a high school in southern california to infect your life with drama. i feel like my time frame could be part of an MTV program.

ok, so i'm baking meringues, and the little ******* seem to have secreted some sugar syrup and caramelized, hardening and sticking to the parchment paper and baking sheet like crazy glue was applied! how can i remove them without breaking them? help!!! help! ugh!

i yet have to hear from 3 other colleges (which i can already predict the outcome to, NYU/Columbia/Berkeley)

so i want to get my friend a present, but he lives in a different city and state than i do. in case he would want to return his gift for whatever reason, would the same store where i bought the present in california allow him to return it with a receipt?

i.e. i buy sneakers at a Vans retail store in California, and i send them to my friend in NY. can he return them at a Vans retail store in NY with the receipt?

im really confused if return policy applies to out of state locations.

so there is this allstate commercial with a lenghthy road and many teens are driving cars on it and and never return, lifehouse's "from where you are" plays in the background and the setting is pretty gray, looks like some valley..... point is, anybody know the location where that commercial was filmed?

i understand the need to block harsh lighting from ones retinas , but why is it really necessary to wear massive frames in an indoor show where it's already dark. wouldn't sunglasses just obstruct from enjoying the show even more, i think the little details become lost and colors are morphed into darker shades, and truthfully it looks tacky and somewhat disrespectful, even if the designers themselves wear sunglasses..... right?
