I've had normal sky for a couple of years, but I have recently upgraded to Sky+HD. I understand that for the first 12 months of sky you need the phone line, but will I need to reconnect it since I have upgraded Sky?

I kinda need to know since a sky engineer is coming to sort it out after most of my channels stopped working. And I hope it's not because I unplugged the phone line.

Hi, I'm making a website for school and have made a background/template in photoshop. Now I want to have a content box kinda like a text box over my image.

Now Tables don't work and I am unfamiliar with css and div's. I don't want to set it as background as I am going to hotlink it.

I know this is an awkward way to do it but I've only had 1 week with dreamweaver.

tl;dr Want to have my content over an image I made and hotlink the image to my other pages, using dreamwear and photoshop cs4.

Hi, I'm going to get a new HD TV, I know that the more expensive ones now have a 100hz refresh rate. I understand what it is but not how it's better, surely if the eye works at roughly 25fps then 50hz is enough and 100 isn't worth the extra money.

Can someone explain what I've gotten wrong or whether they have done a first hand comparison and noticed much difference.
