My prom is on Saturday and I had 4 points left at totally tan so I used them up thinking I would get a base tan before the spray tan on Thursday. Is it bad that I tanned in a bed? Will it affect the outcome of my tan?

So my prom is on Saturday and I am getting a spray tan on Thursday to get a little bronze :) it will be done at a salon by a person so what I am wondering is

1. What do I need to prepare

2. Is it awkward? (I won't be wearing a top because I don't want tan lines in the dress)

3. What kind of clothes should I wear so that it doesn't streak afterwards

And...

4. How long do I need to wait to shower?

Hello! I have prom on Saturday and I broke out very badly because of stress! I also got tons of cancer soars due to the stress as well, I'm more worried about the pimples because of the pictures, how can I clear them up in less than a week?

i have a pre op. appointment on Friday (surgery monday) and i was wondering what will take place? im assuming vital signs but anything weird?

we're 16 and live in the suburbs of minneapolis, we both have our licence and can drive anywhere within about an hour

we dont want anything boring like a movie or anything boring like that

her favorite resturant is PF Changs so if that could be incorperated would be cool

so im going on a trip to new orleans and we are driving there on coach buses. its roughly 22 hours there and back (44 in total) what are some things to do to stay occupied and what are some ways i will be able to fall asleep or stay comfortable

im having surgery in 45 days and i would like to be at my ideal weight before that happens. i am 160 pounds and 5"7 i am at the high end of a healthy BMI and look "chunky" i play hockey so most of the weight i would like to think is muscle. oh any btw im 16 year old girl. i count calories everyday on the i-touch's "LOSE IT!" app. it has set me up for losing 2 pounds a week but it never seems to get me past 5 pounds lost. if you guys could help me ADD ON to my calorie counting to help me lose weight that would be great thanks!!

do tonsillectomies require a catheter? i'm assuming no since the procedure only takes 20-60 minutes but still wondering in case im wrong. thanks!!

So I'm getting my tonsils out soon and I have been doing my research on foods to eat and all that but I was wondering what are some good things to do after surgery EX- movies (what kind) books, tv, usually when I'm sick I feel extra bad just lying around what are some small things that can help make me feel a little better?

so i am going to run for captain of my hockey team tonight and im only a sophomore... we only have 3 seniors and 2 of them no one likes and the third everyone loves her (even me) but i don't think she has the commitment and dedication to be a good captain... same with all of the other juniors i just need to know what to say to convince them that a younger girl can be a good leader??

so for our homecoming football game pretty much everyone gets in a group and that group makes their own homecoming shirt with like puff paint and stuff. so were doing black shirts with large iron on letters that spell out sophomore across the front with neon puff paint around it.. but we need to do something on the back and i thought maybe a cute saying. PLEASE HELP (our school colors are navy blue, silver, and white and we are the "rebels" were playing against the "orioles" they are orange and black

I skimmed through the book "13 days" but had a hard time following it, and now my report is due tomorrow and the only thing i can pull from the book is that russia was supplying cuba with nuclear bombs and for 13 days the us was in a scare. could you PLEASE help me with the understanding of the book
