So I have this essay that i have to write and it's asking is it possible for the US to not be involved in European affairs in the present day. I think that it's possible. I mean, it's definitely not impossible, right? But, I haven't found any recent examples of the US minding their own business, so to speak.

What are some recent examples of the US exercising it's neutrality the way that Washington and Monroe thought we should be?

i wouldn't say music is my life, but it is definitely a significant part of it. however, what i listen to is just popular music that is played all the time on the radio, tv, etc. and i know there is soo much more out there.

so i was wondering if you guys could give me some suggestions. i like a wide range of music, i think. my taste is all over the place, i like. FOB, maroon 5, cobra starship, gym class heroes, paramore, 2pac, eminem, the maine, the fugees, ice cube, kings of leon, owl city, natasha bedingfield... and a lot of others.

i like happy music, sad music, dance music, chill music. mostly anything. but the most important thing to me are lyrics. so, i don't really listen to those bands that scream everything and like squeal and it sounds like a cat is being decapitated. not because it's bad sounding, but because ii can't understand what they're saying.

ok.. so i have to summarize "To Kill a Mockingbird" for my creative writing class. the problem is that i don't know how to do so without giving too much information.

so, every week i have to write a five-paragraph summary on x amount of pages. i just don't know how to really start off the whole essay.

it wouldn't be right to just go right off into the actual story before i introduce it, right?

Why can't people in this section ask actual questions that can actually be answered ?

I have read the most ridiculous crap in my life in here and ive only been on for like 5 minutes.

It's just something that I have been wondering for a while. I understand the religion thing because i believe in waiting, but i also want to know other reasons.

I always just get stuff that I like. If I like it, I buy it. If I don't like it, there's no chance that I'm going to buy it no matter how many people are wearing it. So why do so many people care what someone else thinks is "cool" or fashionable.
