I keep swaying my head left and right whenever I'm tired, like my neck is loose and my head is sort-of rolling on my shoulders. I've been told it looks like a seizure, other times I've been told it's just nothing. What do you think? Could it be a part of vertigo?

I am an illustrator and I like to draw things like personified things (such as the left and right brain turned human, elements turned into humans, animals turned into humans, etc) as well as mythical creatures such as mermaids, dragons, etc. My favorite thing to do is create new characters of my own, regardless of whether I will use them in anything or not. I ordered a necklace 10 days ago shipped from Israel. It's now in my city at my local post office and I checked everything online, but it said that the expected delivery date is tomorrow. If the mail hasn't even run yet and it arrived at the post office hours ago, shouldn't it get to me today?

I've had this horrible virus since October and I found the folder it lies in- however, it continually says the files cannot be deleted due to them running in another program. I opened task manager and there were absolutely no programs running. I use Windows 8 by the way, and if possible, I don't want to download a program to delete this file.

Is it normal to get queasy during a blood test when they tie your arm too tightly? I had a blood test done and I don't get queasy from these tests, however, the lady that attempted to do it was not trained enough and she ended up tying my arm up so tightly I started to get dizzy. After she wiped my arm and poked my inner elbow a million times she stuck in the needle and missed. She pulled it out, saying she'd get the actual doctor to do it. When he walked in I was queasy, dizzy and whirling a little. He made me sit back and said "You look pale." By the end I was half conscious.

Is tying off the arm too tightly a cause for getting queasy and dizzy?

Hi, I just caught strep again about a week after my first time having strep. Some of my symptoms are unusual, however. For firsts, whenever I vomit my throat begins to cut and bleed, and the vomit blocks my airway. I have been vomiting about 7 or 8 times today, probably more. I can't ingest anything, not even the pill I am supposed to take. I will instantly throw it back up. I have a fever of 101.0 and even though I feel quite cold my body feels very hot. My head and neck are hurting, but that's probably because I'm waking up every 2 or 3 minutes choking and I have to swing up my head to spit. My throat has stopped hurting really, but I am sick as a dog. What should I do?

I got tested for mono and the results came back negative. This no longer seems like strep throat, but the doctors say it is.

So my friend dyed my hair purple and holy ************* **** she messed up in so many ways. The bottom part of my hair is ******* ginger and then there are weird splotches and blobs at my hairline that are ******* horrible.

I'm not sure if this is quite normal but I am having immense food cravings that I don't have the courage to indulge in until I'm completely better, because I'm afraid of vomiting or other complications. I seem to be craving mostly sweet and/or fatty foods, but occasionally I'll crave eggs. Is this normal? Would it be okay to indulge because of my starving of about a week?

I have a severe case of strep throat and today I vomited. I looked at my throat and discovered I cut my uvula in several places. It was bleeding but not TOO bad. As of now my uvula still looks bloody but I don't think it is still bleeding- however it looks very punctured. I don't think I need to go to the hospital, but what should I do?

Also, I don't really want to eat anything. This is normal, right?
