1 AnswerPhysics9 years agoNew Cell Phone HELP!!!!!?
My last phone from At&t was stolen so instead of paying for a full priced new phone I decided to get a sim card and put it into my moms phone. I'm really getting sick of walking around with my moms flip phone.
The problem is that my contract with At&t ends in a year and the full priced phones are ridiculously expensive. I've seen nice phones at places like target and walmart... but if I buy a no contract phone does my current contract with at&t expire or can I just put my sim card into a no contract phone?
Thanks for your help!!!

3 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoAll you LIFEGUARDS with contacts/glasses?
I'm getting my first job this summer and I'm leaning towards being a lifeguard, I'm already certified and swim on a varsity swim team, but I have -1 vision.
Should I bother to wear contacts? (since i hear it hurts to open your eyes underwater) or buy prescription sunglasses (and if I wear prescription sunglasses what do I do with them so that they don't break when I'm diving in for a save/ test save) ?
And those of you who are/ were lifeguards with vision problems can you explain your experience?
Sorry about all the questions, but I'm a little nervous...
Thanks so much!
3 AnswersSwimming & Diving1 decade agoSnow boots to wear in high school?
So where I live we get a good amount of snow. I like to wear Uggs and jeans to school just about everyday in the winter because its comfortable and matches with all my sweaters, shirts, ect. The only problem is it snows.. A TON!!! & I have a 10 minute walk to school EVERYDAY
Today I came home and my Uggs were soaking wet and gross from all the snow. I got in a lot of trouble...
Does anyone have any suggestions for cute snow boots to wear? Or if you walk to school what do you wear?

7 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoA lab we did using liver...?
So we did a lab where we had chunks of raw liver and hydrogen peroxide. In one of the tests we did we cooled down the hydrogen peroxide (that was at room temp) in an ice bath. We then put it on the liver and the reaction was really slow (normally it bubbles up really fast)
Why was the reaction so slow this time? Did the temperature of the hydrogen peroxide kill the enzymes in the liver or what?
Thanks for your help :)

1 AnswerMathematics1 decade agoImparfait vs passé composé?
Imparfait vs passé composé
Okay, so we are doing an exercise in our book & you have to fill in the spot were the verb goes (it will either be in Imparfait or passé composé depending on the context)
So the exercise starts out by explaining what is going on- what the people are wearing… what they were doing ect. (Imparfait)
Then it starts a dialogue & I’m not sure if I should put it in Imparfait or passé composé
Heres the first few lines of the dialogue:
Steffi: Je crois que je vous _____ déjà _____ (voir) quelque part
Mark: Ah non, je ne crois pas, je ne _______ jamais___ (venire) ici avant. Vous ____ (voir) quel’qu’un qui me ressemble, peut-être.
so would the above be in Imparfait or passé composé?
