I have been lactose intolerant since my early 20's before they invented pills or lactose free products. These are helpful but I can still only eat small amounts of dairy without getting stomach pains and gas. When I turn down ice cream or cheese cake people treat me as if I had grown a second head and think I am making up lactose intolerance. Does anyone else have this problem. How do you handle it.

i had a root canal a few weeks ago. i had to go back twice because it was still infected and he put me on antibiotics. today i went back and he filled the tooth. he said there was still some residual infection but he put some medication on it and said it would dissapate. when i left the office my tooth really hurt. i took an advil and its better now. my question is is this normal and if so how long will it take before the residual infection disappates

ive been a type 2 diabetic for 10 years. i am taking actos. my blood sugar ranges from 90-110 exept for after breakfast when it seems to spike to around 140. im usually pretty rushed in the morning as i work full time. what can i have for breakfast that doesn't take a lot of time to fix and wont make my sugar spike
