I have a bad back n this is stopping me from my regular exercise for 2 mths, how can I reduce fat?
I started regular exercises sometime in April 2008. In mid of April, I strained my back during my workout with my trainer and developed severe lower backache. I took 1 month off and went straight back to training with another trainer.
Recently, my back problem is back and this time I am told by doctor to stop training for at least 2 months. This means no cardio and no weights. My back pain is due to slipped disc and this is causing numbness and pain in my left leg. I am consulting with chiropractor and also an osteopath. I am in good hands in healing my back.
However, during these 2 months, I cannot train and am not allowed to any cardio and weights.
I would like to know if anyone has any idea on how to control fat ratio/reduce fat ratio with just nutrition?

I have also been regulating my diet to only good carbs, low fat and very healthy portions of small meals for 4 to 5 times a day. But my weight has been constant and I have not shred a pound. My work outs in the gym consist of 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and extensive work out 3 times a week with warm up and weights.
What else should I do? I want to see a drop in my weight and I really need motivation now.
