  • Legality of this "Prank"?

    My friend is a bit crazy, and does these funny pranks. I'm going to tell you his next "prank" and would like someone to tell me if legal or not.

    So, It is pretty straight forward. He plans to just walk around until he sees a Police Officer, He will then stop to look at what Officer briefly and then Run to see what the cop will do. We expect him to be tackled and even tasered but that is beside the point.

    I don't see how looking at someone and running could be illegal at all but I would like to hear from some people with legal experience before he gets thrown in jail.
