What parts do I need, and How do i do a Complete tune on my 2007 Toyota Camry 6 cylinder assuming I have all the tools necessary???

I just bought a Kennedy 50 Cent piece from the bank, its a bit smaller that a normal 50c piece, the edge is NOT milled, the edge is flatted out to where if you cut the coin in half and look straight at the coin horizontally the coin would be shaped like a H . well the edge of the coin sticks further out way more than any coin i have seen could this be a fake coin?

some people from my last question called me a band wagoner just because im a saints fan always was and will be because i am from new orleans duh, i am for my team even when we lose, and i have been a Colts fan sense they had Peyton Manning, because when i was a kid I used to collect his fathers football cards when his father Archie Manning played for the Saints, and so now i favor the giants too because of Eli, they are from New Orleans, I also said I like any team that had Brett Farve Because they said he was too old to play and I would root for him for the past few years because he had love for the game no matter what everyone else said and when some patriot fans said that the patriots will when and that the Saints had an easy schedule, ummm the patriots loss to the jets and the saints spanked the jets, I lived in Lowell Mass. and I would love to rub a Saints victory in all the faces of my friends form the north, they are some dedicated fans only when their team is winning but im loyal to my team win or lose and i say cheers to all who has that kind of love for their team even on their darkest hour of the game, but this one year all my favorite teams are doing good all at once, but all i ask for is too Please please Please..... Spank them Patriots... who loves their team even when they lose, is there still love for the game or is football only skin deep for you?

yes i have been the only one doing things around the house, she would keep me up till 2 and 3 in the morning rubbing her and every time i would try to wake her up to set her alarm for work in the morning she would ask me to rub something else till she fell back a sleep, she never initiates, anything for the past 2 years, and i go down town almost every time and she has done like 3 times in the past year seriously... She gets her Big O' like 75 % of the time, and its not like im an ugly guy here, or small for that matter,

Every time we have a conversation later on a few weeks later she would deny our conversation the way it went, i offered to give her my car after i bought myself one for $5-7k, and she got mad because

she wanted a new car, so a few days later I offered to buy her a car for $5-7k after i bought myself one so i would have a ride to and from work, she got mad and said" NO, I want a NEW car!!!" so i replied you nor I can afford a new car, so where in the hell are you gonna get the money? and do i left it alone and thought well i need to work on getting me a car then...a month goes by and she tells me that i still havent done what i said i was going to do, and i said whats that... and she told me that i said i was gonna buy a car and give her mine, or buy her a car too... and i told her how she aggressive to me by saying that she wanted a NEW CAR, and now she swears she never said that, that she might have said that she wanted a NEWER CAR when i clearly remember her saying she wanted a new car...... and all the other conversations have been going like this until recently... i sold my $3k guitar and my $4k Pa system to help for hey down payment and now she has a nice car, and she wont wont even let me drive it the store when i first bought my car when it was nice and newer 5 yrs ago i would always let her drive with out questions asked, and its not like im a bad driver all i do is drive....
