I was stupid and I allowed a friend to borrow my slow cooker. She had it for several weeks and returned it to me inside of a box. Me being me, I didn't check the slow cooker to see if she had cleaned it properly. When I opened it up to use it, I found that she had not cleaned it at all. There is dried stuff (I don't know how to describe this) in the bottom, as well as hundreds of dead bugs. All of the mess is contained inside of the stoneware and the lid.

I do not have the money to purchase a new slow cooker (and she has disappeared off of facebook). Is it possible to salvage this slow cooker? Can I use a massive amount of bleach and a few cycles through the dishwasher to clean the mess my kind, considerate friend left behind for me?

I bought a Wacom drawing tablet a few months ago, and my Photoshop won't work any more. The tools can't be selected. l checked the Adobe and Wacom sites. They haven't helped at all. Do I have to upgrade it or something?

Okay, so I went to the doctor and found out my blood pressure is about 108/53 and my resting pulse rate is 42 bpm. When I excersize it jumps up to 88 or so. This is good, right?

My doctor told me that my blood pressure was kinda low, though.

I have a homework problem. I solved, got the right answer, and did everything he asked...except he won't accept my answer, because I didn't use the formula he provided.

It goes like this:

Two vectors are upright (v shaped, basically) and have an angle of theta between them. Theta = theta1 + theta2.

Theta is also equal to 60 degrees. Theta1 and theta2 are NOT the same.

The horizontal forces of both vectors is the same.

The first vector has a force of 5. The second has a force of 5.70. Find the sum of their vertical forces. (Force=diagonal)

Now, he gave me this thing to solve with:

sin(A plus/minus B) = sinAcosB (plus/minus) cosAsinB

However, I used the following formula to solve:

Inverse sine (horizontal force/5.7) + inverse sine (horizontal force/5) = 60 degrees.

How can I work it out using the long formula?

He told me to use this, too:

sin(Theta - theta1) = sin(theta2)

Sin(theta - theta1) = sin(theta)cos(theta1)-cos(theta)sin(theta1)

Okay, well, I was assigned a problem on how to solve for instantaneous velocity and I don't know how to do it. I'm in AP Calculus based Physics.

I'm not asking for answers. I just want to know how to get it. I already have the answers but I need to know how to get to that stage.

It goes like this:

The position of a particle moving along the x-axis is given in centimeters by x=9.75+1.50t^3. Consider the time interval between 2 seconds and 3 seconds and calculate (a) the average velocity, (b) the instantaneous velocity at 2s, (c) the instantaneous velocity at 3s, (d) the instantaneous velocity at 2.5s, and the instananeous velocity when the particle is midway between its positions at t=2s and t=3s.

Would you use a limit function? Or dv/dt?

If you use either, how would you solve it?

Would it be better to charge the loser in any court case with the court fees?

I think it would help end all of the stupid lawsuits...

For example: The woman who dropped her coffee into her lap and sued McDonalds. I mean, it's her own fault, right?

Why should a wealthy corporation have to pay her?

Another example is in Wisconsin where this kid fell off of a slide and hurt himself. His parents tried to sue the city and the company that set it up, but they were broke. The city used tent poles and welded them to the slide and concrete and then the parents found out that the tent company had money and sued them and won.

So...

If there were the probability that someone would have to pay thousands and thousands of dollars on such a frivolous case, would anyone do it?

And I have like six million dollars. I know this is going to sound funny, but what exactly would I need to do to spend all of that?

(By the way, if my parents found out that I cheated...well I'd have to restart the game and I don't want to do that.)
