Need a little faith

I am starting to eat very clean to help assist in losing weight. But after extensive research I found that I would have to be put on a 1200 calorie diet to actually lose weight. I would have to exercise to be rewarded more calories.

My question is - If I eat clean but go over the 1200 calories, does this mean I will gain weight or just maintain weight, if I don't stick to a 1200 caloric intake, even though I am eating clean?

About 19 months ago, I had pre-rupture membranes (Water breaking early) with my 2nd baby.

I went into labor at 24 weeks. They performed a Classical C-Section on me.

I am now interested in having a baby again. I keep hearing about the risks that my water could break early again. I also heard that because of the Classical C-Section I could rupture early

I want to have another baby. Does anyone have anything positive to say?

I am 34 with High Cholestrol. I eat healthy - I am of good weight for my height and I exercise 3x a week. I am unsure what else to do .. I realize it could be genetics, BUT according to my aunts, mother and grandmother no past of high Cholestrol.

My HDL is 1.3 / My LDL is 4.4 and my overall cholestrol is 6.4

How much mg or g or Cholestrol should I consume on a daily basis to get my cholestrol level low ???

I had an emergency C-section 6 weeks ago, I lost the baby, so I am obviously not breast feeding.

My period is different this time around.

My flow is heavy (Soaking a pad 3-4x a day)

And so far I am on my 4th day which is unusual for my body. Normally my period lasts 3 days with a light flow, changing my pad normally 1-2x a day out of cleanliness, not soak age ..

Could this be normal after a routine C-section??
