how do you simplify this problem?

this guy and i started talking about 4 months ago and we got close, really close. i thought that we were going somewhere with our relationship and i was really happy because i liked him a lot, but about a month ago he got back together with his ex-gf. i was pissed off because he was completely leading me onto thinking that we'd be together and then it was like he just dropped me off on the side of the road and went right back to his ex. during this month i have been doing a lot of thinking (and crying) and it has come to me that we weren't really meant for each other and that we'd be much better as friends. but after all that stuff a month ago and those two-three months we had together, is it worth my time to try and be friends with him again, or should i just forget about him a move on. my sister has become really good friends with him, so it's really hard to avoid him and not talk to him....i just don't know what to do anymore

there is this guy i like, he's so cute and has a great personality. just yesterday he got a hair cut and i don't like it, the style doesn't work for him at all. i want to tell him that i don't like it, but i really don't wanna hurt his feelings and possible ruin any possible future between us. how can i tell him nicely that it looks horrible?

ok, so there is this guy, named bret, who i want to ask to prom. i just want to go with him as friends, i don't like him in the bf/gf way, i just think he would be a fun date. well, the twist is that about 4 months ago he and a friend of mine got out of a, not even month long, relationship. would it be mean of me to ask him since my friend did go out wih him a little, or should i just go for it? (it's not like bret and i are gonna start dating, it is just prom....but i donno)

yesterday my friend from work said that he would call me after he got off work at 7:30 and do something with me, well 8:00 rolled around and i went by the store to check my schedule for next week really quick and see if he was still there. i saw one of my managers and asked them if he was still working, it turns out that he got off on time and that he went out to drink with some other people from work. i'm not so mad about the fact that he decided to do something else, i'm just upset because he didn't bother to call me and inform me that his plans changed. should i wait for him to call me or should i try to talk to him about it?

ok, i sent a private e-mail to a friend of mine and i donno what happened, but the e-mail somehow got sent to my sister. i think while i was clicking, in my address book, on the person i wanted it to be sent to i accidentally clicked on my sister e-mail address. i've been trying to figure out what her password is so i can go into her e-mail and delete it before she reads it, but i cannot figure out her password. what should i do? i REALLY don't want her to see this e-mail!
