So i was playing football today and my shin collided with the player pretty bad, i couldnt get up for a few minutes and now its in pain,

so today i had my exam results and i didnt to bad. On the result page where it says all the exam results it says ' Mathematics A (linear) Grade C'... both of my teachers had told me that i had passed maths and achieved C, but then when i went home to look at the certificates, i had the official edexcel and on there it says ' Mathematics Grade D'

( i retook the exam twice and failed twice getting a D and in my final retake i got a C but it doesnt say on the certificate)

please help
