I will be flying into LaGuardia Airport (LGA) on Tuesday November 20th and arriving around 4:30pm. Whats the fastest and cheapest way to get to Penn Station from there? Either that, or is there a connection I could make along the way to the Long Island Railroad as I'll be heading out towards Ronkonkoma (Middle Island to be exact)?
