I have heard conflicting things like now they dont convert Bahrain driving license to Abu dhabi license for some countries including India. Kindly clarify.

We like to live in centre of city (down town) with all facilities at door step and plenty of people :-D. (We stayed in Hoora in Bahrain). We are looking for a descent 2 bed room flat. I understand these are unfurnished, unlike Bahrain.

Also what will be costs like?

I understand its very difficult to get into good schools. thats why I am open to any descent and preferably small ( upto primary) school.

Alternately is it possible for kid to go to school in Dubai from abu Dhabi? Do people do this?

Hi, The new place we have moved to is having hot plates and we are finding it very difficult to cook food on the same. Earlier we used cook on gas.

Every-time it is either too hot or not at all. We end up burning food or half cooked ones :-)

Any practical tips for using the hot plates (people who have used it only please).

I would like to know more about in which format and on wat drive it stores the data? How can same be transferred to computer? In case it stores in memory, it only provides 32MB. How much 1 GB of such memeory cost?
