I am doing barbell bicep curls. I am a teen, and do 21KG(46lbs). I can usually do about 9-10 reps before i cant lift it all the way up anymore. But i dont feel my biceps burning as i work out. Also, on the last few reps, every time i have to lift the bar up, i shake a lot.

So i just saw the new Crysis 3 and it looks really good. The only problem is i havent played Crysis 1 or 2. Do i need to play 1 and 2 to understand the 3rd?

Does the HTC ONE X screen scratch easily. If you have one, please let me know about any scratches you have, if any.

Hi, i previously had the iPhone 4, but now i have the HTC ONE X. I love the HTC ONE X, but the main problem i have with it is battery life and lag. The battery is so ****, and has rarely ever got me through a full day, whereas on the iPhone 4, i always made it through a full day with heaps of battery to spare. It lags heaps, and it takes away from the experience of the phone. Also, Android apps arent as good as iPhone

Ive been told different things, so i want to know what you think.

I worked out my biceps the yesterday morning, and today they dont hurt at all. I do 3 sets of 9 dumbell curls, and then 3 sets of 9 bicep-concentration curls. When i get up to the 8th or 9th rep in each set i can barely lift the weight up, so i think i have enough weight. I have heard that the saying 'no pain no gain' is a myth, is that true? Am i working out for nothing, or am i still getting bigger? Thanks

Hi, i have had my ear piercing for about 4 months now, but it has recently become really swollen and itches at times. It only started hurting when i put the jewelry back in after football, and i think i may have stretched it too much to get the piercing to go through. What do you suggest?

I got my ear piercing about 5 months ago, and i changed the jewelry about 2 months ago. Lately, my ear has been hurting a lot. My piercing did get caught on my clothes, and if i think i may have stretched it and damaged it when it got caught, but i think it may also be because of the jewellry, i think my ears may be sensitive to the jewelry. What do you think?

Hi, i got my ear lobe pierced today. I was looking up after care on the internet, and found out that a saline solution would be best to clean the ear. Do i have to soak it in the saline solution or can i use cotton balls soaked in saline solution to clean the ear? Thanks :)

Hi, i was asked to do the year 11 ball with a girl from another school who didnt have a partner. i went to one of the practice lessons, but at the end of it, i was told that practice was on when i had work, so i wouldn't be able to go to anymore practices or do the ball anymore. i told the girl, but she was still unable to find a different partner. she told me that it was to late to find another partner, and i was the only one she could do it with. If i do end up doing the ball, i will most probably loose my well paying part time job, and loose heaps of money, but if i dont do it, the girl wont be able to go and she will loose some money. what should i do. BTW, i cant change my work shifts because i only just got assigned a new contract.
