Are there any reads that explain how the body works when swimming and the mechanics of it? I m currently in the Navy DEP and training for Navy EOD.

I m solid on everything except for my swim, because I am terrible at treading and I am just not comfortable in the water. I don t really know how the body functions in the water (buoyancy, holding your breath, etc.) and I believe that accounts for most of the reason I am not comfortable.

I am confident in my swimming only when I am on the move, but when I do treading exercises, I am horrible at it. Any help is appreciated.

I'm new to Ubuntu and Linux systems altogether. I was looking around opening things when I opened Transmission (at my networking class) and I can't connect to the Internet now.. I had absolutely no idea that this was a software used for torrenting. (I only torrented once at home with BitTorrent) What happens if you torrent with a school's Internet? Am I going to get in serious trouble?
