where can I read history on when/what year the bulldog was adopted as their mascot, it's name etc.?

I used to be able to select which venues were on the left side of the Yahoo Homepage i.e., the ones I use only. I don't see any place to click to do so now. Am I still able to?

in the 1970's there was a place off-roader's went and climbed a very tall hill in their jeeps, dune buggys etc. seeing who could reach the top (not many made it!).

It was located somewhere going West from Glendale, Ca out towards Simi Valley. It was on the right side of the road and you could see it from the (101/Ventura?) freeway. I don't recall if it had a name but if so, I would like to know it. Thx

Just got a new HP 2.4 GHZ wireless classic desktop combo.

Took usb out of mouse compartment and put in PC slot, pressed reset buttons as directed and nothing works.

I thought this was supposed to be so easy...now what?

I play iSketch a lot and lately my (USB) mouse has been skipping a lot. Not jumping around like a mind of it's own, it goes where it should, but when drawing it will skip here and there (imagine a series of dashes rather than a straight line. It's securely plugged in, has no battery to go bad and I got a new/good mousepad so it isn't that, it's really annoying. Can they just 'go bad' after a few years of use or? Any ideas?

I just bought a TOSHIBA MODEL# DVR628KU to transfer VHS home movies to DVD. It was my understanding it is all I needed for the process but I can't find (in instruction manual) where it tells how to do this. Do I also need to buy something like a Diamond VC500 One Touch Video Capture Device or am I supposed to be able to from just the Toshiba? Thanks

Where do I learn how to convert old code to new?

Can someone do this one to get me started and see what I need to learn?

I make webpages with applet codes (snow, lake etc) and .jar/.class files etc.

Is there a program like Anfy where I can enter the pic, preferences (snow size etc) and will generate a code for me to copy/paste into my webpage source code? Anfy's code is outdated and browsers don't read it right. I need to replace with updates code.

all of a sudden a few days ago it started coming up when i search with my browser. it inevitably takes me to their page and wont let me back out-have to close down and start search all over again. How did i get this pest and how do i get rid of it? tried searching but cant find ansers cuz it tkes me to THEIR page *sigh*

I have 4 diff accounts, I want my primary one I use most to be the default one Windows opens up when I click on web e-mail links (to send emails to others), but it is always selecting a lesser used one.

I thought it may have been because I had them links for easy access so I unlinked them and still one I don't want comes up.

It isn't an alphabetical thing cuz the one I want begins with C and the one it chooses starts with S.

Not Hungryman...the regular size dinners. Example: Some turkey TV dinners have 3 slices, others have 2. Which gives more for the money?

Am if there is a type of paint which covers well but isn't acrylic or poster? I have a project for grandkids and painting wood boxes is involved. They are almost like a balsa-type wood, thin and I doubt regular water colors will cover well. Kids r too impatient for acrylic & poster paints are not long lasting.....what else will cover well and dry quickly?
