Does AC use power when plugged in but turned OFF?
My AC is not digital, no LCD display just old analog switches and potentiometers.

I didnt change anything, but just suddenly after i reformatted my computer. it keeps restarting after bootscreen.
When i put my installation disk it boot on it just fine. but i want to know if this is a hardware problem, or ill just have to reinstall my OS.

Can I cut and connect lose VGA power chord or my LG flatron L1553s?
You see my LG monitor have a special vga chord wherein it also have a 12V Power supply. But the problem is that the wire on the end of the chord to the VGA Connector is loose, im thinking of cutting it and just connect it to to a shorter end to eliminate the loose connection, Will it work? I have an illustration on my picture
