I only talk outside of school. I'm introverted (and intimidated) because I choose to steer clear of drama.

I know this shouldn't matter because it's the end of the school year anyway but I hate when people think I have a problem. I always keep my head down and on my phone the whole time. This guy loves to bother me but honestly he just try's to copy my work. So I go on my phone to keep him from talking to me...classic.

My question is, whenever someone asks "why are you so quiet" what should I say to them that will make them understand or at least scare them a little?

I'm getting out of school the end of May. My family and I are going on vacation in July but that's so far from now. For the first month I'm stuck inside the house and I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?

I'm 16 and my parents are 51 and 66.

I'm worried because I want a family one day and it would be great to have them around.

I'm starting the second half of my high school years and I don't have any real friends. I'm not the kind to look for a boyfriend when i'm lonely. (i'd rather them make the first move at my age at least) What are some tips to make me feel more confident? Especially Lunch time!

I have long naturally curly hair and my best feature is either my hair or eyes

For me i would say id be lucky/more confident if a nice, charming guy took interest in me. And some have.

But most of the time, all of these dumb asses and jerks approach me. How can I turn them down without ignoring or turning then down big time (I tried both if these, not the best results).

I'm 16, female and my mom thinks that I'm morphing into one of those obnoxious teens. I'm nothing like that! I love my mother and respect her but when we ask each other simple questions, it turns into an argument.

I've been feeling depressed lately, and I think a lot of my anger has been put on to her.

I don't have a social life. I'm sad all the time. I hate school. But some people are friendly and ask me for my phone number but I don't even have a phone!!

She has this plan for me. I have to be able to drive, have a job or be in some kind of after school activity to get one.

I WANT to drive but I NEED to take drivers ed first(in my state) but she doesn't want to pay for it she wants me to just go to the DMV and take the test!

I CAN'T DO THAT I HAVE TO BE 18 and I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA!

In order for me to get a job, I need to drive first.

She enrolled me to go take a dance class.

I don't want to take dance!!! I've taken it when I was 13 and 15 and she wants me to go back AGAIN!!

I don't like the place, I can't make friends and everyone there is like "dance is life"

My mom thinks that since I'm 16 now i can do anything i want. But I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!

I feel like I'm a loser with no friends.

I hate fighting with my mom.

What should I tell her to make her stop thinking of me this way?

I'm 16, female and ever since school has been out, I've been laying around the house doing nothing.

I guess I could say I'm an average teenager. I don't have much friends.

I don't even have a phone to contact anyone.

I describe myself as a different person.

I'm not smart but I'm not dumb either.

Long naturally curly hair and sparkly brown eyes.

I've gotten compliments from people from school to out in public.

They all say " hey, you're pretty" or " you should be a model" and that does make me feel a little more confident. But at the end of the day i look around and everyone seems to be in their own place. I don't feel like i fit in anywhere.

I've been feeling a little more depressed lately. And no one and I mean no one suspects it. I'm very good at hiding it.

Last year during lunch i would sit in the bathroom and cry because I'm too damn scared to make friends.

And all of this has me wake up to realize how much more I envy school and how everyone can so easily fit into a group.

I just don't get it. One moment people treat me like I'm special and then nothing the next. Overall many people just look at me and think that I think I'm "better than them" because I'm "so pretty"

Their wrong their all wrong.

I may seem ok on the outside, but I'm dying on he inside.

Please help me, I have no one to talk too. No best friend to lean on,

No understanding sibling,

No parent with the time on their hands to sit, talk and understand.

Please help me. I just want to be happy again.

I just turned 16 late last month and I really want to get my permit. The problem? I live in North Carolina and in my state, to apply for a permit at my age at the DMV, I have to be at least 18!

In places like California, teens have it easier to get their permit/license without having to go to school and sign up for "drivers ed"

I really really don't want to take drivers ed at school!

Is there another way to get a permit? Like applying online or something?

A month ago my Mother signed me up for Dance class at a studio. It was the first time I've been there in 2 years (hip hop) this year she forced me to do contemporary jazz. I HATE THAT CLASS I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AND IM BAD AT IT! Today these two girls were laughing at my face and whispering HAHA YOU CAN'T DANCE! Right now I'm crying my *** off! This isn't the first time I've been bullied. Now my mom signed me up for a ballet class (that I didn't want to do!) I Just Hate My Life!!!!!!! please help! :,,,,,(

I'm a little worried that I didn't take Spanish yet. On my schedule it doesnt have Spanish 1 listed. (I'm going to turn in a schedule change.) In my school I need to take and pass two years of foreign language to graduate. Is it ok to start this year? :/ please help!!

I rented a movie on iTunes and it's set to download. It's been four hours and it's almost half way done. The movie isn't even that long. I checked my wifi and it's fine. Is there something wrong with my iTunes?

I've heard that I am pretty by many but I don't have much friends. I have only one friend. She is my best friend. But the people she hangs out with are... Ghetto. They yell and scream and act like I'm not even there. I miss just me and her. During lunch I try to hang with them but then I just leave because I can't take it anymore.
