This would have been late seventies, early eighties. It reprinted the first few Captain Britain Marvel UK series comics (first 5 or 6 maybe) and had other stuff in it too (I'm thinking Nick Fury?), but my memory is really hazy on it. It was a REALLY large collection, and in the original UK mag size, but at least an inch and a half thick. I live in Canada so it was a North American printing. The Captain Britain parts were in colour, but i think other parts were printed black & white. It was soft cover. I remember it falling apart when i was a kid. & just having some of the detached CB comics out of it. It may have been part activity book too, but i might be merging that memory in my head with something else from my childhood.

Anyone? Anything? I know its kind of vague, but i would really like to find this again. Thanx

I'm not sure if it was this show or not, but in the original Battlestar Galactica there was a character that could drink through the top of his head, and another character that removed his head to put his cape on? Any of this sound familiar? It's my sister in law looking. That's all she can remember. It may be another show but she is leaning towards BC. anyone?

i haven't found much mention of it on the net as to a source. It all seems to be online/RPG games & such. There was one mention of Aleister Crowley & the resurgence of interest in magic & ancient societies, etc. Is it an invention of a recent time? or alternate Roman or Greek spelling? Just a matter of translation?

Can Post won't deliver because the cat has attacked 2 different carriers previously. My question is why is this cat out in the first place? I don't live in 'Peg but everywhere else i've lived it's actually illegal to have your cat out wandering (although rarely enforced). Leash law? I saw the owner interviewed on the news and nobody even brought up the point. I have 2 cats and they don't get out. My wife is a vet and sees tons of 'hit by car' cases etc because of pet owners that think they can just let the animals go wherever. Am i the only one thinking this?

I've found tons of info & pics of the funerary temple of hatshepsut, but nothing of what it may have originally looked like. I've seen mention of missing sphinx lining the processional, statues of Osiris in front of upper pillars and missing statues of the queen herself in various positions throughout. There's also mention of 20th century reconstruction that was not correct. I've found a drawing or two that elaborate a bit on the design, but not much. It's mainly the addition of a small pyramid (and surrounding temple) to the one side and the reconstruction of the 3rd level columns & roof. Is that it? Any additional info would be appreciated. thanx

Draw from Marvel, DC, Image, Darkhorse whatever. As many or as few characters as you want (but be reasonable huh). Don't just pick all your favourite characters & slap them into a group, think it through. What kind of comic would it be? What sort of mood (Hellboy macabre or Bone magical or superman traditional?)? Why would they be together? Who would lead? Who does what on the team? Give me something original!!!

I have a pontoon boat equiped with a 40 horsepower mercury outboard motor with oil injection system. How reliable is this? Possible engine damage? Should i mix oil in with gas as a precaution?

I've had a 1997 Toyota Rav4 4dr 4wd for several years now. Just yesterday it started making a consistent thumping noise (not super loud, as if someone rapped their knuckles on the door) coming from the rear right. It did this only when i turned left. Today it still did it but it's audible at slow speeds going straight too now (though not nearly as loud, just noticable). Family members think it could be CV joint? Any ideas? and if you think you do, any estimates on costs? thanx
