So this has happened to me a few times now at different jobs.

At previous jobs(and my current one) i often work extra and do extra favors to help out the boss and coworkers. I do the same quality of work as my coworkers too. My coworkers are generally unwilling to pick up extra shifts and to help out.

However when it comes to recommendations/praise, i do not recive anything.

In fact i had a former boss that gave my coworker that did not help out much a glowing recommendation and i recived a poor one.

So what is going on? what is the secret?

So there is a lady at work how had been acting odd around me.

One day I directly asked her if she was trying to avoid me and she said no. So I carried on as before.

Recently when a group of people and I were searching for something she was looking for she told me I did not have to look.

So this time I confronted her, This time she said that lately she feels like she had been receiving a lot of personal attention from me and it makes her uncomfortable. this time she admitted that she had been trying to avoid her. At some point she did state that me leaving her alone would improve our relationship.

From my point of view I don t really interact with her all that much so her saying that that I am giving her personal attention is a little baffling

So my question is, Is she saying that she is a bit annoyed with me right now and wants to be left alone or is she saying that she does not like me?

I am currently printing with a HP 8610, when I print pictures I get all these weird bands on the pictures.

why is this happening?

P.s when I print on black and white the same bands appear

I recently bought the sony a6000 mirrorless camera.

I have taken a few test photos and imported them into my computer.

However I notice that when I zoom in on the pictures it just gets pixelated faster.

Is it wrong to assume that with this camera I am able to take a picture then use it to zoom and read text like they do in CSI or NCIS.

And yes I am new to photography.

I saw a picture recently of my two friends, however what was odd was the fact that they were transparent and I could see the background behind them.

It was a digital camera so it was not a double exposure.

So how could you take a picture where you can "see through" the people without doing some sort of double exposure

So it seems that i have ticked off a number of people that i work with. i believe that the reason for this is that they think i am blaming a coworker for something going wrong.

So my question is, is this going to be a permanent thing or do work people just get mad for a little while and get over it?

Hello all. I need to create a code 128 barcode that has a carriage return in it. however It seems to be impossible. I know my hardware can handle it since I found an example one and it worked.

however I cannot find a website that wants to create the barcode withe the carriage return in it. any help?

I am looking to get a new computer case, however i am having trouble finding one with a 140mm fan on the rear.

Hello all,

I am looking for a good AR-15 that is similar to the army M16 (even down to the ammo, and yes i know the M16 can shoot a slightly larger bullet)

Some of the options i am looking for are

The full 20 inch barrel with the barrel length hand guard

Rails system for the rear sight

I would like the stock to be similar to what the M16 has, but i can take the more common adjustable stock.

I know this is "not like the m16" but if there is a non gas system available i will take a look at it.

So any maker/series you would recommend?
