I am looking for something to edit pictures. Nothing fancy just to be able to combine pictures or crop thing perfectly. Also a few basic effect like giving people or objects auras.

is their a way to do it with out making it sound awkward?

I am three points away from picking up next month and my "official composite score" does not include a raise in my PROS and CONS or last month time in grade/time in service. Should I complain and see if I can pick up on the first or just except that I will most likely pick up the month after?

Marine A and B have identical PFT's rifle quals and pros and cons. However Marine A is rocking a low reg with 3 inches on top (its still barley in regulation) and Marine B has a high and tight with minimal hair on top. Is one a better Marine?

What system would preform better in a air defence role and why.

Company "A" spends a lot of time practicing drill. As a result they preform it drill wonderfully but it breeds a lot of hate and discontent that leads to low morale but they have good discipline in drill movements

Company "B" Spends no time doing drill and as a result its men have more free time. And morale is generally higher. Their drill is a little sloppy but not bad.

They are in the Same battalion and get the same time at the range and actually combat training.

With no further information which company would preform better in combat and why?

The SGT Major was forcing all the Marines in his unit to go to a mandatory mess night for witch every Marine had to pay at least 20$(higher grades had to pay more)

The MGYSGT said that you can not charge Marines for something that is mandatory, and threaten to request Mast to higher headquarters over the issue.

the SGTMAJ called the MGYSGT a crappy leader(because he is openly questioning another SNCO authority) and threaten to charge him if he requested mast(which I though you could not do)

Who do you think is right in this clash of the enlisted titans

I like the military way of life and my job as an Intelligence specialist. I can not stand the typical Marine attitude and stupid weaklings that just hide behind rank and more or less bullyand belittle people under them. Which seems to be a pandemic in the Marines. Also the lack of care for the quality of life sucks not to mention some of the "big brother" programs.

I am also pondering staying Marine so any advantages to going Army would be appreciated

The Army knows them as SgtMaj and ComSgtMaj navy MCPO and COMMCO.

My theory is that MgySgt have a job to do thus have more important thing to worry about then the Corporal that has his hands in his pocket. SgtMaj have nothing to do all day so they study the drill manual and look up silly Marine Corps orders.
