  • I need a topic for an argument/research essay?

I wrote an essay that had a similar prompt about corporate social responsibility and it turned out really good. It's something I'm really into, but I have to write an even longer essay about a topic off choosing. I looked at some articles, and I think I'm going to do the topic of customer complaints/dissatisfaction. It has to be 7-10 pages. And I'm not really sure what I should argue about it. I already found three articles, but still need an actual argument. What about customer complaints? Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

  • Laser eye surgery--keeping my eyesight stable?

I know that your eyesight needs to be stabilized for about two years before you can get it, but I'm worried that mine will just keep getting worse and worse. I'm a college student so I'm constantly on the computer or reading. My optometrist said I have -275 on one eye and -250 on the other. Is there a limit where they can't do surgery if it gets too bad?

  • I need a replacement license?

What would I need to bring?

I checked the DMV's website and after I entered in my zip code, it asks for my insurance provider. Do I need to tell them that when I fill out the form?

I'm in California by the way

  • My rabbit humps his stuffed animal when I go near him?

He's about a year and tree months old right now and started to hump my arm a few months ago. I go him a stuffed animal to hump and now, everything I go to his play area, he would go strait to his stuffed animal. Then, when I get up to leave, he'll come hopping to me. Is that normal? And is it okay to have the animal there for him to hump whenever or does he need a break from it once in awhile?

He is the only rabbit I have and I don't want to get him a female rabbit to mate with. Thank you!

  • How to pass hard stool?

I took a Target's brand of Tylenol PM two days ago and the day after, I started getting this hard, painful stool. I've been in and out of the bathroom since then to try and pass it. I took a stool softener around 5am this morning and was able to get four pebble sized stools out, but it's still hard. I ate a bowl of lentil soup about 4-5 hours ago, but that didn't seem to help much. I think I have a small external hemorrhoid now.

My diet consists of fiber usually. I eat whole grain/wheat and beans almost daily. Could the pill cause hard stool? What can I do to pass it without an enema?

  • Red, chapped/flakey skin on face?

When I was in 7th grade (more than 6 years ago), I had a really bad runny nose and used my sleeves to wipe--I know, gross. Anyway, my skin started to break and it got irritated under my nose and above my lips. I believe it's called the Cupid's bow? Since than, I've just used petroleum jelly to help it, and recently I've used vitamin E oil and it seems to be helping only a little. Is there any other product

I can purchase for this condition? Thank you in advance! :)

  • List the articles of the Declaration of Independence that reflect in the Amendment?

I have looked up the Declaration of Independence on archives.gov, but I have no clue on what my teacher means by articles. I have an idea, but not sure if it's correct.

    http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/declarat...

On this link, the middle section starts with "He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good."

Is that considered an article? If so, would I just categorize them into what amendment the fall under? Thank you in advance.

  • Eye vision/laser eye surgery?

I went to the eye doctors and asked about my vision and she said I have a -250 in one eye and -275 in the other. I was thinking it should be a fraction, like how people with perfect vision is 20/20. What does this mean for me? I didn't want to ask her cause she's very rude about it. All she said when I asked about laser eye surgery was "you don't qualify" she said that your vision needs to stay the exact same for two years, but I read that it should be steady, not exactly the same. Also, she said it would cost $6000 total, but I've been told it would be less than $4000

  • Rabbit bleeding from pulled out nail! HELP!?

I was trimming my rabbit's nails and he pulled his paw away. He's bleeding, but the nail isn't completely off. Should I pull it off or just let it fall out? Also I put cornstarch on it and he licked it clean. Is that okay for rabbits? He was bleeding a lot :(

  • PS3 store under maintenance?

I've been trying to go on the store through my PS3, but it was under maintenance. I tried a little less than a week ago and it said the same thing. Anyway I can buy a game on my computer using a PSN card and have it directly uploaded on the PS3?

  • What laptop to purchase?

I'm a current college student and in the near future, I would like to make health and beauty videos on YouTube. I want a laptop that I can use for recoding, editing, uploading, research, and of course typing those long, dreaded English papers.

I'm very picky in what I want, so it's hard to find a laptop. I use to have a Toshiba that I adore while I was growing up, so that would be an ideal brand, but I'm open to other brands as well. I would like the following features in my laptop: Windows 7, quality webcam/mic, 12-14 inches

Please let me know if there are any laptops in mind that would be appropriate for me to use. Thanks in advance for your time :)

Also, I have bought a laptop online recently and was not satisfied with the quality or service, so I would prefer buying in-stores

  • Board of Governors Fee Waiver?

Is it only available for two years? I was thinking about staying longer because on the transfer paper, it gives an option to take two classes at the community college in place of the one at a CSU

  • Conventional vs. Organic strawberries?

I've been hearing recently that even though strawberries are a super fruit, only organic strawberries provide all these nutritional value because conventional strawberries are full of toxins and what not. I consume a lot of strawberries (usually conventional) but I did buy two boxes of organic last time I went to the store. They do have a more flavorful taste to them, but are almost twice as expensive. So my question is: is there a true difference between conventional and organic strawberries when it comes to nutritional value and health concerns?

  • Pregnant or all in my head, please read?

My last period started approximately December 23 and lasted until December 27. I usually have irregular periods and miss about a week or two. I had intercourse December 31 and the condom broke, but we noticed right away. There was no ejaculation, but I know there's always a chance. Should I be worried?

I also have some symptoms, most of which could be explained, so I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not. I'm going to buy a test today, but just wanted early opinions.

Here are some symptoms and why I think I have them:

Slight backache-I've been sitting hunched over in my chair for awhile now

Hungry after I ate sphagtti-it's simple carbs, making me hungry faster

Gas reflux-I've been having milk with my cereal lately and I think I'm semi lactose intolerant

Coughing and acid reflux-I have this regularly, so I wouldn't think it would be a symptom for me

Pinch on left side of uterus-unexplainable

Having to pee after every few sips-I've had this before only when I had a UTI, but I don't think I currently have it

Runny nose in the morning-not sure if this is a symptom

Now of course, this could be all in my head. What do you guys think? And to what extent can the body be fooled into thinking you're pregnant when you're not? Thanks in advanced!

  • Parking car at the Amtrak station in Fresno?

I will arrive back in Fresno after midnight and the station closes at 10:00 PM. Can I still park in the patron only section? I was looking on Google Maps and noticed it has a gate around the cars, but I'm not sure if they close it. The Amtrak website says there are no parking lot attendants available at any time.

If not, they have a free public parking behind the station, but I'm not sure it's safe. Has anyone tried parking there overnight? Thanks in advance

  • Green smoothie recipes?

I'm a vegetarian, but I hate the texture of vegetables. I usually have to chop it up into really small pieces and hide it in my food to eat it. I want to make a green smoothie with some fruits like strawberries and maybe a banana. Does anyone reccomend a recipe that will provide nutritional value, but will tast good at the same time? Thank you! :)

  • Practical and creative gifts-baby shower?

It's for a boy. The couple already has a boy that's about 8 years old, so I think they would still have some stuff from when he was younger. I want to give them something practical and useful, but not the usual gifts like diapers and clothing. Was there anything you got or wished you got at your baby shower? I don't want to spend too much money on it. I'd say $30 tops. Thank you! :)
