I wondering if there is an alternative to the store bought bedding to use for Degus. I know that you can't use pine shavings because of the dust and that Beech is the best to use, but it sometimes hard to find around here. Can I use Oak shavings? And other than the dust, is there any other reason I shouldn't use Oak? I can make my own shavings with my planer, and I end up with ALOT of shavings that can be used for this, but I am afraid to use it before I know I can and risk harming the Degus. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I live with a woman in MO that has worn out her welcome. I have asked her to get her own place and she refuses to move. She also has 2 children that live with her and they are becoming an issue as well. Now, I know that I can't just "put her out" because she has lived here long enough to be considered a resident and also due to the fact that she has children, but there must be some legal way for me to exercise my right as a home owner. I have a child of my own and this arrangement is beginning to affect him. I guess my question is, Will I need to hire a lawyer and if I do what is it that I need to tell him so I can be guaranteed that she will be forced to leave? Is there a standard procedure that needs to be followed or is this going to be a "special circumstance" case that is going to drag out forever?

What kind of detergent could I use as a House wash. I want to clean the steel siding but I'm worried if I don't use the right soap that I could end up ruining my yard. I also have hedges and some rose bushes that I don't want to ruin either. Name brands and where I could buy it would be very helpful. Price would be helpful as well. Thank you in advance.

I have a 1991 Ford F-150 that has a 5spd M5R2(Mazda) 2WD transmission that jumps out of fifth gear.What are the most common causes for it to do this. It runs fine in all other gears.
