Its got a stock 350 with a 4L60e transmission its a 1995 K1500 chevy.

I went to court febuary 10th for marijuana paraphernailia and the judge said to take the deferal program and I would need to take a drug awareness class and pay the 100 dollar court cost. I was scheduled to have all this completed by april 10th. ( Which is tomorrow morning )... ( Monday ). I didn't have a job until two weeks ago therefor I didn't have the money to pay the court cost and drug course. I get paid this Friday. I have two questions.... 1. Am I still able to pay the fine of $250 and just skip the deferal program or is it too late? 2. Will the Municipal court allow me to pay the $250 fine this Friday or will they demand the money then? Or take me to jail? Im 18 and have a clean record.

I recently got put in jail for posession of marijuana and when I went to court the court gave me a break and told me they would reset my case for 30 days for a period of three months. In other words come back in 30 days and take a drug test and then come back in another 30 days and take another and so on for three months or 90 days total. I have a urine test coming up in two days from now it has been 26 days since I have smoked and it will be 28 days that I haven't smoked on the day of the test. Will I be clean in time? I am not fat I weigh 145 lbs with 8.5% body fat. I did smoke a lot before I quit. The urine tests that they use are similar to a home drug test kit. ( pee in a cup and they drip a drop of urine on a tester and a line will either show up or won't show up.) The drug testing is supervised. Will I be clean? Is there anything I can do to speed up the elimination of thc in my system?

I have a 95 chevy 1500 and it has the 4L60-E transmission (I think not 100%). I noticed that my truck wasn't shifting into overdrive on the way back from a friends house which made me curious on why it would shift into OD fine when I went to my friends house but now it won't all of a sudden. The trucks never shifted hard or had any noticeable slips. When I got to my house I put my truck in park and checked the transmission fluid while it was idling. The fluid only came up to the "Cold" mark. The truck was at full operating temperature so it should have had fluid up to the "Hot" mark. My question is would that lack of fluid cause it not to shift into OD? *Note:* If you are driving down the road (faster than 40 mph because that's when OD kicks in) you can put the truck in neutral and kill it then re-start it and put it back in drive and it will shift into OD but only until you stop or slow down and then the OD kicks out; then you have to kill and re start it again. The fluid is bright red and doesn't smell burnt or have any bad signs.

I have a shed that I just recently put a breaker box in and plan to run power from the pole to my breaker in my shed. I need to know what size breaker switches to buy. There are 4 wall outlets (8 plugs total) in it and a total of 7 lights (60 watt incandescent). I am only wiring the breaker for 110. I plan to use a breaker switch for the lights, and one for the outlets for a total of two switches. (my breaker box is small and only has room for two switches) What amp size should I get for the lights and for the outlets? I used 12 gauge indoor/outdoor wire for all the wiring to the lights and outlets.

I have a 95 ford f-150 straight 6 cylinder. 5 speed. The truck idles perfect and runs fine when you put it in any of the forward gears (1st-5th) but if you shift it into reverse and try to back up it wants to stall out. You have to give it excessive gas when letting off the clutch to keep it running. What could be the cause of this?

I have a 95 chevy K1500 (4wd on the floor) and when I shift it into 4wd the 4wd light blinks then becomes steady showing the actuator is engaged, but I cannot seem to get the 4wd to work. The front drive shaft that runs from the transfer case to the CV axle is engaged and spinning, but still no 4wd. It has to be something within the axle. I unscrewed the actuator and looked to see if it extends and it extends roughly 1 inch at most. Is the actuator supposed to extend farther? or is something busted inside? Whats inside the axle that may have broke? Before the 4wd completely quit working it would engage into 4wd but if you turned real sharp or the front wheels got in a bind you would hear a popping sound and it would kick out of 4wd and you would have to re engage it. Any ideas?

My girlfriend (16) told me to come over really quick because her parents left to go to a friends house for a while (since shes grounded) so I came over for a little while and we were in her room and we heard a car door shut so my girlfriend ran to the front door but her mom had already beat us there so I had to jump out of a window and run and get in my car and leave. I left behind my shoes and my hoodie and my wallet (but without my drivers license in it). I'm wondering what can they do legally? Do you think I should just say I went to her house to get some clothes of mine and her mom showed up so I ran off? Or should I say I was never there? What all legally can the parents do about this situation? no cops have came to my house yet and I didn't see any cops at their house. Should I be worried? Will it be something I could go to jail over?

I went to jail for a class b misdemeanor in Texas for possession and then when I went to court they told me to pass 3 drug tests in 30 day intervals. I have to take a drug test every 30 days three times. My first test is Feb. 10th. And I know im dirty. I have a drug cleanser drink that claims to work but still. If I fail the drug test will they put me in jail or just give probation?

I have a 1995 chevy K1500 and it has never had a problem getting into 4WD before. But here recently I noticed every time I put it in 4H or 4L it will engage and then when the front wheels get under stress (like turning sharp or stuck) you hear a loud pop/bang sound come from the front end and then the 4wd disengages and you have to put the lever in 2H and then put it back to 4H to re-engage the 4WD. Why does my 4wd keep kicking it's self out of 4WD when it gets under low stress? And it is 4WD on the floor...not push button.

I have a 1995 chevy K1500 and the driver side wheel bearing keeps going out. I changed it today and drove about 40 miles and thought I would check to make sure there was still no play in the wheel and turns out you can shake the wheel back and forth. Why has it gone out so fast? This is the second one in a month! Am I doing something wrong? I thought it was straight forward...take the wheel off remove the brake caliper remove the axle nut and the three nuts for the hub assembly and its off. And the installation is the reverse of removal. Is this correct? Or am I missing something?

Ive noticed that on my 1995 chevy k1500 has a light thats under the hood on the passenger side that flashes when its in four wheel drive. I'm not sure where the light is coming from because Ive only seen it a couple of times when I was stuck. Does anyone know where this light is coming from and what its for?

What is the difference between posi trac and limited slip or are they the same? Does posi-trac spin both tires all the time or just sometimes? Can someone give me some in depth details about each?

I have a 93 chevy 3/4 ton with the 350 TBI and 4L80-e transmission and I noticed that when I floor the gas pedal it takes it forever to shift from 1-2 it'll stay in the red line forever then itll shift and It'll start shifting through all the gears quick and picks up speed its just 1st into 2nd that takes so long why is this?

1. Why is it so rough shifting out of first gear into second especially in the mornings?

2. Is it 4 gears then overdrive or 3 gears then overdrive?

3. Is it a pretty good transmission for a 3/4 ton pickup that only pulls small objects sometimes?

This is a brand new transmission I just got in my truck and I was wanting to know more about it.

I have a 93 chevy 3/4 ton (2WD) and it has posi trac/limited slip and 4:11 gears. I know that it is not going to be good in mud because of the 2WD, but I do go off road alot so i put 36 boggers on the back and left the stock street tread on the front. I know this looks funny, but I'm not worried about looks I need something thats going to get me through what I need. Would it be better to put mud tires on the front also? Or just leave it at the stock street tires? Which is better for getting through mud?
