So when I listen to music with a lot of bass on YouTube my headphones vibrate, and I like that feeling. But if I listen that same song but as an .mp3 (i.e. with winamp) the headphones stop vibrating with the bass.

Anyone had this happen to him? I really like that heavy bass, and in music players it stops happening, even if I tweak with the EQ and give it a bass boost.

Is there anything I can do?

I tried 4 times now - I am using 3% peroxide. My hair is dark (natural, never been dyed or bleached before) and it won't work. I used peroxide with water, peroxide without water and that thingamajig with baking soda.

Before you answer, I don't care about dying my hair after or anything like that - I just want to lighten it.

It is a pretty old (PC) game where you pilot a helicopter and you fight ground forces (mainly tanks) and the soundtrack was "Ride of the Valkyries" by Wagner.

Also I think the helicopter had one of those "shark mouths" painted on it but I'm not sure.

Youtube videos stop playing even though they are fully loaded.

I have cleaned and defragmented the HDDs, the registries, emptied the cache, cookies, history, ran chkdsk, optimized my network, uninstalled Flash, installed it back, tried with a different browser - and it still won't work! I'm at a loss here!

I am trying to remember the name of a pretty old PC game (like 1990) where in the beginning a UFO crashes after being chased by two jets.

I can't remember other details other than it is a FPS and it is "3D" but the enemies are like in Doom (they are 2D I mean).

Also I remember it was pretty gory as well.

Can you help me out? :)

I know it's a little dumb but it's been bothering me. There's this girl that claims she likes me and that we mayh be together in the future. We talk a lot, she always is the first to talk to me. But she is kind of open by nature so I wouldn't take that into account.

So the thing that's bothering me is: she kisses every guy that she greets, but when we meet or stuff like that she doesn't even say "Hi!" or anything like that.

It's pretty annoying actually. So... Help?

I once watched a good movie with a man turning into a werewolf, but I forgot the name! I can remember a few scenes from it: in the beginning he hits a wolf with his car (at night) and the wolf bites or scratches him. And later he is at work (I think some kind of journalist? I don't know) and says to his boss/colleague that he wears a nice perfume, but that guy was in another room.

So you have an anonymous government, right?

We'll start at the basics - every country uses one currency. Let's limit the currency to something that's not used in common by more countries (for example we'll eliminate the dollars and euros)

Every country prints its money. Then the money gets to the country funds. The funds get distributed to things like schools, hospitals, infrastructure etcetera.

But who pays the money-typing procedure? The state. With what money? The money it types.

So why are there limited funds? Why doesn't every state print money non-stop? Who limits them?

As far as I can see, this is a circle - they make money, they distribute it, people pay their taxes, the money gets back to the state and so on.

How is my logic faulty? I know it's faulty but please don't give me the economical argument or the profit argument a.k.a. money exists so it can be distributed either to sustain a country or a group of countries.

Can someone explain?

What are the chances of a guinea pig dying from food poisoning?

I went to the vet with my guinea pig and he found out she got food poisoned. He gave her 5-6 vaccines and he artificially fed her right into the stomach with some syringes then he told me I should come back tomorrow and check her.

She hasn't eaten for 1-2 days and she lost a lot of weight.

What are the chances of her dying? I'm really afraid to lose her :(

Hello, I have recently bought X3 and I have to say it's one of those games in which the developers takes a big dump on it's users - no tutorials, no clues on what to do.

So, I am interested in making myself a big trading capitalist. But the thing is I can't even complete a mission.

There are missions for the traders of the type "fetch that, bring me that" - but they won't tell me from where to give them the items.

For example I keep bumping my head against the walls while I try to find one of those ships to bring back to the trading station.

Where do I find them? Do I need paranormal powers to do that?

Please help me out.

P.S.: I have been Googling all the day but haven't found any type of answer.

For 2 weeks now I have a splitting headache; I have consulted a lot of different doctors, but none of them were able to tell me what's wrong with me.

I always wake up with it, when I get up and start making some effort it grows a lot, and about noon it's at the highest peak.

I have been taking medication, but it had no effect. I still have to go for an eye check, but I doubt I have any problems with the eyes - I can see very clearly.

If anyone has any idea about what could be my problem or experienced something similar, feel free to answer.

I have been working my *** off for the last 2 days trying to find a good quality - big resolution photograph of a city with tall buildings, taken during the day, but I couldn't find any good one.

I know I'm very picky, but I need it for a Photoshop project which involves a very great ammount of details - so the picture needs to be clear of any noise, fog and things like that.

Perhaps I searched in the wrong places? (deviantart, Google etc).

I recently bought a set of Logitech Digital Precision PC Headsets (which are very good by the way), and I would like to know if they are compatible with the Playstation 3 system.

I did notice that the microphone works fine with the PS3, but there is no way (that I know) to make the sound come out through the headsets. I read several posts on a lot of topics that this headset works with Sony's system.

I would be grateful if any help could be provided :smileyhappy:

I was recently away for 3 days and I left my guinea pig home with my mother. I told her what to feed her etc, but apparently she did not listen to me. She bought my piggie some food for rodents (yeah, if you know what I'm talking about you figured out it contains a lot of shelled seeds and nuts).

And that's not all, she bought her some yogurt tablets. What the hell, dairy products?? For guinea pigs, on the market?? These people should be fined seriously.

But back on topic:

I think that my piggie ate some of the food with seeds and I have seen some yogurt tablets in her cage that were half eaten.

So far she hasn't shown any signs of stomach ache or something like that.

Should I worry about her? Should I do something about it? Please help :(

Can I find a replacement part for it (another receiver for that mouse) or do I have to buy another mouse? I really liked that mouse; I kept the receiver plugged into the USB, and I moved the laptop and accidentaly ripped it in half.

If anyone knows if I can find a place to buy another receiver without the mouse please tell me.

I was watching a Tom & Jerry DVD a few minutes ago, and I noticed my guinea pig (she was laying on me) was paying attention only to the screen. Whenever Tom and Jerry had a fight (with the loud orchestra on the background) she would just jump and then lay again on me and keep watching it.

The funny thing is that when an episode ended, there was this blank 15 seconds space and my piggy wouldn't pay attention to the screen anymore.

It felt a little weird because I can't figure out if she was paying attention to it or it was something else.

If you are a right handed person, why do you have to strum the guitar strings with the right hand and press the frets with the left hand? I find it a little awkward, because I think strumming the guitar is less important than pressing the frets faster and in the right sequence. Does it matter if you are a right handed person and you strum the strings with the left hand?

I have a PS3 and an XBOX360 (both have HDMI ports), and I was thinking one day "What if I could connect one of these to my laptop so I could take the console with me when travelling?"

My laptop is a Sony VAIO VGN-FW11S and it has a HDMI port. I tried looking in to the settings and things like that, but it won't work. Maybe I searched in the wrong way? If you can help me figure out how to use my laptop as a display monitor for my console, I would be very grateful!
