  • I need some tips on finding the right girl?

Ok, I am a 22 yo male and I've never had a girlfriend not even one. I am a socially awkward nerd who is studying computer science I love videos games, movies and I don't drink or smoke. For the last 5 years i've been trying to come out of my shell but I just can't seem to attract any girls - WHATSOEVER! I am no good with pick up lines, lets just say because my accent doesn't allow for them. I feel like a total failure. Like I don't mind saying it here but i'm a good looking guy. I just don't know what is wrong with me. I need some advice please. (sensible answers only please).

  • Need a bit of help with paypal?

I have a paypal, account which is linked up to my bank account so up until now I've been withdrawing money from my bank account into my paypal account and it takes about 7-9 days for the money to go through. recently I have added a debit card to my paypal but it is unverified. I have chosen to lift the limits on sending and receiving payments but my question is, even with the debit card being unverified can I still buy with it using paypal. Will paypal use my debit card to pay for items? and Do I need to transfer money from my debit card into my paypal account before I pay for an item?

  • Recovery of document on lost pen drive?

I was working off my pen drive on my computer last night and I saved all work onto my pen drive. Then today I lost my pen drive and I was wondering does the computer make a backup copy of the document and if so, how do I retrieve it. It is showing up in my recent documents but it's not able to find the drive obviously because it's lost.

  • I have a question about typing in a word document?

I have a typed line in Microsoft Word like this ( _________ ). This is a line that I typed, as apposed to a line in a form that needs filled in. Can I type on top of my typed line? I've tried looking up forums online and i've tried hitting the inset key but that just types over the line, deleting the line as I type. I don't want to have to draw any line either so if anyone has a solution to this problem please help me out.

    Thanks in advance.

  • issues with buying on ebay?

I've got my paypal linked up to my back account. I want to buy an item as a present but when I go to buy it, it says "commit to buy". The buyer accepts paypal. I don't know what happens next after I click "commit to buy". I really want to order the item. How do I pay for the item without a credit card being linked to my paypal (I don't have a credit card and apparently you don't need one to buy over ebay on certain products that don't require immediate payment).

  • computer slow with cutting/copying and pasting to external drive?

Hi, I built my own computer about a year ago and it has always been slow at copying or cutting files onto my external hard drive. It takes almost 20 mins to copy a file of 700 megabytes. It has a processor speed of 3.2GHz. I also have a laptop with a slower processor and it will copy/cut the same size of files in less than two minutes. Both my computer and my laptop have 2GB of RAM so I don't know what is causing my computer to be so slow with cutting/copying and pasting files. Does anybody have a solution please?

  • All PS2 modding geniuses!!!! 10 POINTS!!!?

ok, I want to play .avi files from a flash memory on my fat PSP and I understand you need SMS player to do this. I also know about the cogswapping technique needed. The thing is... My PS2 isn't modded (chipped).

My question is, If I were to burn the SMS player files on a disk and perform the cogswapping technique on my PS2 as it enters a PS2 game to the burned disk will it boot the SMS player and allow me to play .avi files from my flash memory stick.

  • All PS2 modding geniuses!!! - 10 POINTS!!!!?

I want to play .avi files on my PS2 from a flash drive and i've been researching the steps involved. This is one of the sites:

    (Please read)

    http://www.blogsdna.com/501/how-to-play-avi-moviev...

Now... on another site it said that you need to chip your PS2 to allow the burned CD to be read. But on the above site it doesn't mention anything about having to chip or mod your PS2. It specifies that you should burn it onto a DVD and not a CD. Does this make any difference as PS2 will play a DVD and If I burned it onto a DVD would the PS2 read the disk with the software on it?

  • Can you play avi files from a portable device (USB) on your PS2?

If so how and if not, is there a way round it other than having to burn it onto an actual disk?

  • System Files on XP and PSP?

Is it possible that if you moved system files from a PSP to a folder on the desktop on a Windows XP computer that it could cause errors on your computer such as when you right clicked on a file in Windows explorer an error message like "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close." I was getting this error message and when I removed the PSP files I copied to my desktop the computer was fine again. Has anyone ever encountered a problem like this and was these files the root cause of my problem?
