Hello, I need the advice of a seasoned electrician since I'm thinking of buying a

MILLER Syncrowave 250 DX Welder to be used at my home garage.

My question being, is it possible to install an outlet to supply the input power required by this kind of machine. The requirements are as follows:

Input Volts 200/230/460/ - 60/1

Amps 110/96/48

KW 11.8

In case this installation is possible what would be a reasonable range of fees that an electrician would charge in Los Angeles CA area?

To start let me tell you elder people who recieve Medi-Cal help will have their estate taken up by the state to recover whatever amount of money they used from Medi-Cal at a time of death. Unless they have a surviving spouse.

So, If an elder woman receives Medi-Cal and has been single all his life and here comes the crazy question: Is there any state in the US or country in the world where - legally - a single mother can marry a single son ( just to have the marrying document) ? This has the aim of not leaving the son homeless at the time of a parent's death and beat the government at their own laws that seem to come directly imported from Cuba, or communist Rusia.

If this is too crazy, does anyone knows another way to protect a estate(in this case is just a mobile home) from being taken over?

I neeed to find out if an optical transit level that I have (Starret #99 Transit) is in working condition or is missing something internally. Never used a transit level before, so concern is that when I look tthru the reticle and focus, instead of seeing a big image magnification I see the image upside down. Also I don't see vertical/horizontal/circular lines as in a scope sight.

Can anyone figure out this so I can determine if this is a saleable item?

On the receiving end, is light clothing optional or required? Also the giving end.

Especially in geographic areas of the USA and Thailand too.
