Hi, I am only 16 and I begin to notice that a lot of veins are showing on my legs, some are thick ones and the others are thin, and they don't seem to have different coloration as what I have read from other sources, and it bothers me a lot because I am afraid of what may happen in the near future. So I was wondering what things I can do (like exercises or food to eat) and what I should avoid doing, just so to reduce the swelling if not to remove them completely. I am planning on getting the treatments or surgery in the future, but as of now I want to control them so they do not get worse.

I really feel like I am dying slowly and I really need help about this, and I will be very thankful to all of you guys who will give me answers and feed backs. Thank you!

My friend wants to grow taller so he drank milk every night last month. Yes, he grew taller but as he does pimples began to appear on his face. He also slept early.
