  • Did anyones status change from a "by1/31" to a 6 week message?

    I checked wmr when all of the other fellow 1/31 had gotten their updates to see this message:

    Your tax return has been received and is being processed.

    If you file a complete and accurate tax return, your refund will be issued:

    within six weeks of the received date.

    I never had a solid dd date and I didn't want to be a bother to the IRS agents, but now I'm freaking out. Anyone else have this update prior to the weekend and spoke to a rep that you felt gave you some honest information. I just need some type of assurance until I can call them on Monday.

  • WMR states 01/25/2011 deposit?

    I just checked the WMR site and my husband is scheduled to get his deposit today. I know for a fact that US Bank does not process the deposits until about 5 or 6 am so I will update when it actually hits the bank. I guess his return made it through cade and mine did not and we filed the same time :(.

  • Does anyone expecting a refund today or tomorrow see it pending in your BOA account?

    My Fiance and I bank with Bank of America, and his refund was scheduled to be direct deposited today (mine tomorrow). I called BOA and they stated that they have no information on his refund what-so-ever, no memo post, nothing. I had a portion of my refund deposited into our BOA account and then a portion into our joint savings for our "House Fund". The Credit union shows the money in a pending status to be released tomorrow. I have no idea why BOA is not able to see his refund when his deposit was scheduled for today and mine tomorrow. I know now not to use BOA when it comes to getting money deposited. I made plans to pay off certain loans tomorrow, and now that I know that our refunds are sitting in limbo or as the BOA representative stated" I don't know where the funds are. Maybe they are sitting and waiting to be processed, but we only do that between 2:00-3:30 am. We only have 1 time a day where they pull deposit batches." Is anyone else having these problems with BOA?
