  • Could this be a medical issue????? Please help!!!?

When I stand up any noises in the background fade in and out and there is a tightening feeling in my head. This happens whether I get up slow or fast. I don't feel like I am going to pass out nor am I dizzy. The same thing will happen if I stand too long in one place. Could I not have good blood circulation? I do have times when my blood pressure is high, but doctors aren't concerned since it goes up and down all the time. But this is happening more frequently and it is months before I can get into a doctor. I am not looking for a diagnosis, just wandering if this has happened to someone else and what caused yours? And no, I do not use any drugs to get this feeling.

BTW: I am a little overweight, borderline diabetic, and high cholesterol. I know I am a living timebomb, but try to keep everything under control.

  • I need help in determining how far along the Parvo virus is in my puppy.?

I have a 9 week black Lab that has Parvo. She has been acting fine until yesterday, and even then she wasn't acting that bad. She was still jumping around and playing. She has had bouts today of vomiting, more like a frothy substance. Her sides have shrunk into nothing in a few hours. She got up to walk for a few minutes and blood started pouring from her rear. The smell was awful. I can not get her into any of the 3 vets in my area, until after the 4th. They told me to come by first thing Thursday morning and they would look at her. They told me to give her Pedialyte until they can see her. I have been trying to pry her mouth open to get into her mouth, even just inserting a dropper beside her teeth, but she just lets it fall off to the side. With her losing a lot of blood within the past 4 hours, can anyone tell me if she will even make it to the vet on Thursday. I am afraid my kids will wake up and be the first to find her dead. Is there anything else I can do to help her?
