I have been practicing lucid dreaming for the past few months, and to my surprise the methods I use works rather well. Recently I have been having dreams where I know I am dreaming to the point I can converse with characters in my dream. Mind you this isn't every night I RARELY get to that point, generally you wake up as soon as you realize your dreaming.

After a rather traumatic event while I was exploring a cave with a friend (friend got stuck and in a pretty tight spot with me behind him and we didn't think we were gonna get out) I started having VERY vivid lucid dreams.

There are 2 dreams however that really frightened me. What happens in them is I am usually in some old house I haven't been in, in years or like an old high school room or something ANYWAY. I start to talk to this person, I think it supposed to be one of my friends, but its hard to tell in dreams some times. Anyway I was explaining to him I was dreaming, and I actually told him I was going to wake up, expecting to.. That's when things get a little strange, I don't wake up and I get almost lost in my own head, to the point that I am scrambling to find a way to wake up and just when I am about to accept it as reality something shifts and it turns into a nightmare and it wakes me. That happen to me 2 nights in a row after I went caving.

Basically what I want to know, could that be considered some type of sleep paralysis? I don't believe in the supernatural or anything like that so don't tell me its a demon or something. Its a scary feeling not being able to wake up I would like to know if anyone has had similar experience. I dont want to slip into a coma or something....

I am very interested in becoming a funeral director but I have no idea where I would even start. Are their courses for this? I just need to be pointed in the right direction any info would be appreciated, I'm not having a lot of luck online....

What I mean is; in dragonball its ki or life energy transmitted into beams that cause physical damage. Is it the same basic idea for naruto? I am just starting to looking into the manga because a lot of people seem to really enjoy it just. What is the ninetail business about?

I dont have the first clue when it comes to Naruto.

I haven't been a witness for a little while now, but neither my wife or I celebrate holidays. I have no moral issues with it, its just not something Ive ever done. Honestly I wouldn't even know where to start....

Just wondering is anyone else like this?

You cant miss something you never had in my opinion, and as the world is now, if I was given a choice I don't think I would have bothered. I'll never have kids simply because I don't believe the world will be a very good place for them soon.

Recently I have started reading manga a lot more, and I’m finding a lot of the stories very very good, I always read dragonball as a child all the way to conclusion, but it never really went beyond that. Recently I had gone back and started reading the Berserk series from the beginning and I am hooked. Now I find myself reading 5-6 different Mangas at a time.

I lent one of my book to a friend of mine who is interested in some of the one I’m reading and his GF was almost upset he had it? He had to explain it was mine before she would let it go.

Why is this? I don’t understand….some of the Manga’s I have read are some of the best stories I’ve ever seen, and a lot of them are focused on adults. Why do people get upset at the very presence of it? I will admit some people take it too far, but to condemn something simply for being what it is seems close minded..

Is it because its not cool to like manga? Pisses me off a little that people can be so benighted, the same people that paint a shitty flower and call it art but condemn this.

I’ve been playing a ton of halo 4 lately, I usually average 15-25 kills generally go positive. I am wondering which gun is the best for distance? Right now pretty much all I use is the DMR and or the AR once depending on the map. I am, just curious as to which on is actually the strongest, lately I’ve been noticing a lot more people using the beam rifle now I’m wondering if there is some kind of advantage to it?

I just don’t understand how the average person stays positive…I am married no kids, both work full time with a decent income, I just don’t enjoy life? Its seems like life consists of either your career being your life or failure…because you need money for everything, and to say money isn’t everything is nonsense, because it is. In order to make enough money to do everything you want you need a good career and in order to get a good career you have to dedicate most of your time to it.

Thinking about the future literally makes me feel sick sometimes. The idea of growing old, working until your too old to do it anymore, retire and eventually die. There are times I honestly wish I could have just not been born, you can’t miss something you never had. My wife tells me to go see a therapist or get medication for my depression but, when I look into it I read everywhere that anti-depressants are terrible for you and just end up making you more depressed.

I try to find new hobbies and I’m looking into going back to school and I’m also planning to move to a bigger city come April. I just don’t even seem to get excited about anything, nothing seems important to me anymore. I’ve started going to the gym everyday and snowboard, skating and other activates but I just don’t get enjoyment out of them anymore I feel like I’m just waiting for it to end. All I can think about is how pointless everything is.

I don’t know what to do anymore, I guess I’m just expecting something to happen to rejuvenate my passion for life, but it never seems to happen..

I'm not ever sure what my aunts and uncles names are....I couldn’t even point any of my cousins out in a crowd. I have about 15 aunts and uncles all together I seem to be the only one in my family who has this problem(if you could call it a problem). Most of them live in the same city as me so it’s not a distance thing. The last time I met my aunt, I basically told her off cause she's a c**t. I always thought you were supposed to have some kind of deep connection with family but to me these people are just strangers.

Is anyone else like this???

I had recent started reading berserk…and it consumed my life for a few weeks, and now I’m all caught up. While I wait for the new berserk chapters to come out, are there any manga out there with as much sex and violence as berserk? I’m not a perv or anything but I like manga that don’t sugarcoat the situation for the reader be it sexual or just gore.

Basically the more terribly twisted the better.

I’m not willing to read/pay money for this book, but I would like someone who has, to explain as to how he believes he has disproven evolution.

It’s almost pointless to buy/make any other multiplayer games because all anyone plays is call of duty. Its annoying….

Every time anyone, who isn’t a witness, states a true fact about the religion its bombarded by witnesses calling them liars and deny everything.

You deny that you don’t allow kids to associate with other kids that aren’t witnesses-YOU DO

You deny that you discourage extra circular activates like sports or anything for that matter-YOU DO

You deny that you discourage full meaningful careers because it doesn’t leave time for “personal study” and door to door service-YOU DO

Do you deny it just because it’s a worldly person saying it? I don’t understand how you can blatantly lie, and call people liars when they are telling the truth?!

They even use examples from your own literature and you still deny it!!! I was a witness until I was about 18 and I was born in the “truth” and my parents who I visit regularly still are, so I DO know what I’m talking about no matter how ignorant, you claim me to be.

Personally I think it looks good compared to the other horror films we have been seeing. I just don’t think it was necessary for them to use the EVIL DEAD title for the film. There are so many movies with a similar themes to Evil Dead that they could have just made an original movie, something like cabin in the woods did same plot different twist.

I’ve noticed a lot of people saying that this is a remake of the first film not the second, but from what I can tell in the trailer is it’s a mash up of the 2. I guess they are basically the same movie anyway. Personally I would have enjoyed it more if they used the “within the woods” from the original version of the film rather than evil dead.

I haven’t been a witness for about 7 years now but, When I was still going to assemblies with my parents, I remember there being lot of young people there. I remember my friends from other cities and I took almost a whole row at the coliseums when we sat together.

I recently attended a district convention while I was visiting my parents and I noticed the building barely half full they actually sectioned off half with yellow tape, because the seats were just not being used. So I don’t understand how they say they are increasing in numbers, because they are definitely decreasing in north America.

I had a game for NES that I was hoping to find again but for the life of me cannot remember the name of it. I recall you travel in a team of 3 or 4, and wander into temples. When you enter the temple the image of various monsters appear on screen. I believe one was a 2 headed ostrich looking monster. I feel like Treasure was in the title somewhere.

Pretty vague description anyone know what I’m talking about??
