I live in Chandigarh, and i joined a course in Ethical hacking and data security from Appin Knowledge solutions in Sector 34. I paid them Rs 10,000 in Advance for 2 month course. before joining the course I told them that I just have timings of 11 to 1 pm. they agreed and enrolled me to the course the total fee is 12,000. after 12 classes, they told me that they have to shift there center to Sector 38, I said ok, not a big deal and they told me that the classes will start after one week. But they Disappeared and they didn't shifted in 38. They shifted in Mohali (which means i have to travel 10-11 km extra for a day). If Somehow I neglect this too.. But they are saying that they don't have any timing except 2:30 to 4:30. I am perusing some other training class 3 to 5, and i told them. But they Simply Denied to change timing

I have there fee slip of 10000. I want to pull them in CONSUMER COURT. tell me the right procedure..

I would be really thankful to you...if you guide me to right path...

I have brought a HP DV5 1203AX laptop with vista preloaded in it.

the hard disk is of 250 GB. and there is only two partitions in the drive.

one of 10.6GB (Contain recovery files) and other (the system drive) is of 222GB. I want to partition the system, without formating.

Is there any third party software to make it possible??
