  • heeeeelllp?

The rate constant (k) for a reaction was measured as a function of temperature. A plot of lnk versus 1/T(in K) is linear and has a slope of −1.05×104 K .

Calculate the activation energy for the reaction.

  • Could some of the females out there please help me!?

Hi. I just recovered from a really bad car accident. I used to be a guy in very good shape but i shot up to 330 punds. I'm down to 270 now (i've always been a very stocky muscular guy so my ideal weight is 200 according to my doctor) so I'm about half way back to normal. I'm looking to date again and I used to go out with girls that were very pretty. I think I have to be a bit more realistic now. I know this sounds vain but would people please be willing to help and tell me how attractive i am on a 1-10 scale and tell me if i'm just too heavy for your taste etc? It's been hard because girls i knew were attracted to me before are just interested in being friends and I just wanna know what I'm working with I suppose. thank you in advance. i could just email you my pics or something or i could give you my email. sorry i've never used this for questions before.

  • can i get in to army ROTC?

    Hi

I just turned 28 and have a college degree. The army is not taking active duty officers and I will be too old in just about a year so the only sure fire bet to getting active duty is going through ROTC. There is a 2 year program for people getting a graduate degree and i wanted to get my MBA. Here's the thing, I'd be 31 when i graduate and some college ROTC sites say you have to be under 30 by graduation while others say until 34. To be clear I am NOT looking for a scholarship as I realize the latest is 27 years old. Any clarification would be much appreciated.

  • Is OCC reserve easier to get into than regular OCC for the marines?

Hi I graduated from college with a 3.3 and went to law school but I don't want to be a lawyer. I decided to study for the MCAT and am also thinking of nursing but I realized I'd really love to serve in the marine corp as a reserve officer. I can run a 290 PFT right now and I just turned 28 last week so I got only 1 year to make this happen before I need a waiver. I honestly don't think i would even be accepted to active duty and I really don't want to be in it. I'm just curious if OCC-r is much easier because my OSO told me they need reserve junior officers more than any other reserve position. I wont bore you but i did a ton of volunteer crap so i'm sure that will be a strong point but my major was history and i finished college pretty weak and ended up with a 3.3 in a non science major. Like I said I wouldnt even bother with trying for active duty but what do you think my chances are?

  • I have a question about army OCS?

    Hi everyone

I'm really confused and disapointed. I want to go to army OCS and recently been told that its getting to be impossible is this true? Here's my deal....I'm almost 28 years old and have a 4 year degree from Marquette University. I graduated with a 3.3 but I had a 3.7 until i got 2 F's in my final year after a car accident and i missed alot of class. Do you think this will be an acceptable excuse?!! I had a 3.9 for 3 semesters in the middle so it shows I have potential, but I defintely had problems at the end due to my accident and coasted into graduation. I went to law school for a year and dropped out because I hated it and started my own business for the last 2 years. I can get a 300 on the PT and I got in the 99th percentile in my SAT. I do a decent enough job at volunteering so does anyone think my chances are decent or should I not even bother applying?

PS I have no tats, drug use, or criminal convictions so i dont need waivers if you're wondering

  • How can I sell my pool cues?

I have 5 brand new viking cues that all cost around 500$ in their original packaging with all their stickers on and everything....i just wanna get rid of them for cheap ( like 300 each) just so i can get them off my hands. I'm sick of them sitting around and not doing anything positive for me so i might as well liquidate them.
