I got pulled over in a work truck for expired tags and speeding in 08 / 2010 in Maryland. Since it was a work truck my boss paid the expired tag part of it. I still havn`t gotten a court date for the speeding part of it. It is almost 3 / 2011. I`m sure it just got mis-filed as paid but when I look my traffic record up online it still shows the case as active. I have been pulled over since then and have even been to court since then for traffic [ running a stop sign ] and my lincene is not supended and there was no word of it. So I`m hoping their mistake will work in my favor. So basicly my question is how long do they have to give me a court date or what should I do. Thank you for your time to anyone who reads this.
