I just got a quote from a landscaping company and they quoted me about $1,000 just for sprinklers??? This is not including labor to install or anything else JUST MATERIAL (sprinkler heads, pipes, timer, box ext ext ext.) This sounds way to much just for material needed. It's about a 1/4 acre lot. About 25 heads needed 4-5 zones im assuming plus piping and whatever else is needed. Does that sound right? I didn't expect a sprinkler set up to be that much???

Trying to get a guesstimation on what I should expect to pay to landscape my yard. It's approximately 1/4 acre and not needing anything fancy. It will need to be leveled, underground sprinkler system, and sod is all, oh and it's filled with weeds that will need to be pulled. I'v been quoted 2,500 but seems a bit high to me any thoughts???

Planning on planting small to medium shrubs along my home and driveway. The ones in liking are the boxwood shrubs which grow about 3'. How far away should they be from the home and sidewalk to not cause damage or can they be placed pretty close. Thanks

Just planted 2 dwarf pine trees in front of my house, about 2-3 feet away with wood mulch. Trees are only about a foot tall now but grow 5-8'. Will they eventually damage the foundation?

Was there ever a recall for head gaskets on a 95 toyota "truck"? I read online the early 3.0 V6 (which is what this truck has) had problems in the past. I called the toyota dealer, gave them the VIN and said there never was but online it says there was??? Any experiences or advice with this truck I would greatly appreciate. Thanks. $7500 with 114k is what he's asking.

I just saw a toyota tacoma with a 3.0 EFI V6 for sale. The owner is telling me it's a tacoma but I thought tacomas came with a 3.7 I believe? Could it be a swap? Or a "truck" and how can you tell??? It's an extended cab 4x4. It has 114k and asking 7,500$ Should I stay away from this??? I posted in this category because people who work on cars generally know a lot about this stuff, thanks in advance.

I fell asleep one night and when I woke up my wrist hurt like crazy. At first I thought maybe I slept on it wrong and sprained it. It's been about 3-4 months and the pain isn't as bad but it's still extremely sore. I can't put much weight on it doing exercises (push ups, bench press) or anything which sucks because I love working out. I have no idea what could of caused this. Any advice or ideas???

I was told that my car doesnt need a tranny flush, they said it has some special fluid and that the tranny is sealed??? sounds a bit odd to me, any one know if this is correct or has had any experience with jettas? its a 2.0 4 cylinder with 100,000 miles.

Looking to buy a mazda certified 2012 mazda 3 with 26,000 miles for 15,000. The car retails for 15,600 but it's also been certified by mazda which makes it like new. The dealership said ALL fluids have been replaced, new tires, and clean one owner car (carfax) good deal or bad deal and how reliable are Mazdas? Thanks

Does a collection agency have to prove they own a debt to legally collect from you? If they don't own it do you have to pay them? What if ther are "assigned" the debt can they still collect from you? Thanks in advance

I got a collection letter in the mail a couple of days ago. I'm in the process of trying to dispute it. I went and got a receipt of all transactions made and shows I owe nothing to them. I called the collections agency and they are saying its because the original creditor has already written it off. My question is, if it has already been written off but the agency has not purchased the debt (they are just trying to collect) would i still owe them? don't I have rights to this? I know the law states only the original creditor is able to collect unless sold to an agency, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm stuck in a situation where I don't owe but being forced to pay to protect my credit. Any advice I would greatly appreciate

I rented a couple movies from our local hollywood video (it's a dependant store not associated with the big hollywood video) I have always returned my movies and if I had late fees I always paid them. About 3-4 months ago I got a call saying I never returned 2 movies. I told them I know for a fact that I did and and have no reason why they would assume that I never did, after one phone call I never heard from them again assuming the problem had been resolved. This store is an unorganized mess, it's not the first time they accused me of not returning a movie which is why I no longer do business with them. I now got a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $250!! For two movies and late fees!! I am in the process of disputing this but I am afraid it will ruin my 750+ credit score. I plan on buying a home here soon and if this dumb mess ruins my chances can I take legal action??? I need any sort of advice please help and thank you for your time.

I'm looking at two identical led TV's (un55eh6000 and un55eh6030) only difference is the 6030 has 3d. I already purchased the 6000 for $999 from best buy but now they have the 6030 on sale for $999. I'm planning on exchanging them but wondering if it would be worth it? Any advice I would greatly appreciate thanks.

One is a un55eh6000 (walmart) other is un55eh6000fxza (bestbuy) both look identical and cost the same. Are they the same tv? Maybe less hdmi cables? Any help I would appreciate thank you.
