He actually tried going one semester and he took a student loan out. However, this financial aid was never delivered to him so he stopped going to class. They are now charging him for his financial aid, which is around 2,000 bucks. Granted, he didn't drop his classes like he should've.. but he never received his aid to get books, etc. What are his options?
