My question is that if there is no truth to science then how do you explain all of the technological advances you see and use everyday.How do you get around using and supporting these advancements knowing that it was not your religion that allowed for there creations and that in biblical times would of been considered magic or evil?

Seems to me that if we all lived like the bible teaches us to then you should be living in a shack somewhere after giving away all your possessions and should all stop being hypocrites.

If we are the reason for the universe as religion suggests then what is the purpose of billions of galaxies?

I just bought a new Alienware 17 Laptop that has a 256gb Msata and 750gb hardrive. I have a 500gb samaung evo and and a 256 samsung 840 ssd. If I install the 500 + 250ssd's and keep the 256gb msata installed, what would be the best way to configure the drives.

1. Should I install the os on the msata and use the other two for games and programs.

2. Install the os on the 500gb and use the msata for maybe vm or crap files and the 250 for steam games.

What would you do?

I have two gaming laptops connected wireless to my router. It is an ASUS RT-N66R router with dual 450mb. I have 50mb internet speed.

Problem

When both computers are play COD Ghosts and we want to join party it says that it couldn't connect.

If I release my ip on either computer it will allow us to join a party but if the game crashes or we have to come back in it won't let us join again.

My Nat is open and I opened up the steam ports but nothing is working. We play minecraft just fine and never had an issue like this.

So if for the sake of free will God allows an act of rape or murder to occur, then how does the person being raped or murdered have free will when they are being raped or murdered against their will?

So does God protect the free will of the rapist or murderer instead of the victim? If God stopped the act then wouldn't the only free will being affected be the free will of the rapist/murder?

So if God was a superhero like Superman or Batman then would he just fly by or not respond to the Bat signal?

I have heard the argument from some Christians that if there is no hell then people would do what they want.

Example from a Christian: A man goes and rapes and murders a women and then kills himself. He felt no pain and there is no punishment without hell.

But what if after he does those things he truly repents and becomes saved? Then is there no punishment? And what about the innocent women?

I have a Alienware M17x R3 with a 2820QM / 16GB Ram 1600Mhz / 7970m video card. Should I sell my laptop to get the new model with the GTX780m. It will cost me $800 to upgrade.

I am curious to hear why people who have gaming machines that run at 60fps on every game jump to the latest card to get extra frames they will never see? I guess I am tired of these poor coded games that they throw on a ultra texture pack that cuts fps in half and act like its the hardware. Crysis in 2007 looked as good if not better then games 6 years later but we need better hardware? I have a 7970m in my laptop and with the new ps4 and one this is going to be next gen. I am now about price for performance and 60fps on high is all I need. Maybe I am just getting old:) Now I know if your resolutions are above 1080p or 3d that this all changes but thats 1% of the gamers.

I want to run a minecraft server off my laptop and a client at the same time. I also want to have two other people on my server as well.

Do I need to build a server for this or will my laptop be powerful enough?

I bought two copies of widows 8 pro for my girlfriends laptop and mine.

I upgraded hers first and after the install I began with the updates. It required a restart and booted up to win 8 bsod and said it would try to repair. It did not and safe mode and restore failed as well. So I had to to a clean install of windows 8. She had nothing but problems and I ended up reinstalling win 7.

My computer was a nightmare on windows 8. Certain functions like my quick bar not working, Bluetooth devices dropping out, registry getting corrupted, plugging in a new usb drive causing instant bsod, and the list goes on.

I have gone back to win 7 and both of us have no problems at all. Is this an issue with win 8 or just the particular laptops I am installing it on.

I installed a new dell 7970m in my m17x R3 with the best thermal pads and paste money could buy, and its running great.Using MSI Afterburner I overclocked the card from 850 to 950Mhz on the core and my laptop is sitting on a coolermaster pad with dual 140mm fans. I am running most games like the new bioshock on Ultra at 60fps locked and my card never goes over 65c. Will I Hurt the card in any way by overclocking it 100Mhz?

I am writing this to see if I can identify my feelings or lack there of. I will make this as short and as easy on the eyes as I can.

I grew up in an abusive home with two step brothers and was as described to me when I was 12 a product of rape. As a family we were very poor and I was always sick. We moved a 100 times and lived in cars and or salvation army's and I have very little or no schooling. When my mother couldn't provide she would send me to boys homes and once even a mental hospital. I lived the rest of my teens in foster homes when the state took me away and was a slave to these broken families. I was very destructive growing up and showed no feelings when it came to doing what I wanted. I paid for these actions through out my life with violence and drugs. I got away with a lot of things and as much as I wanted to feel bad my only fear was getting caught. I have attempted suicide several times when I was younger and always very depressed. In my twenties I joined the army to get away from everything after my mother died and they praised me for being like a robot. I ended up getting out to raise my child that had been abandoned by her mother at 8 months. She is now 7 and I provide everything for her that I never had. I started my own computer repair shop and have been doing well. I have also been in a steady relationship for 5 years as well. My problem is that I continue to do what I know I should but inside I am dead. I feel nothing and it has consumed me. I don't like to talk to people even though I pretend to show interest. I feel as I have just given myself over to live this life as I am bound within my own prison waiting for it all to end. I don't know where to go from here as I feel lost and the only comfort I have is my own sadness.

Just bought a 7970m to replace my 6970m in a Alienware M17x r3. I am asking if my 2820QM will be strong enough for the new card.

I have a laptop r61i that has a dim screen. I replaced the inverter and it made no difference. So I replaced the screen and still no go. I then tried about 5 other screens and I can not get the bulbs to turn on. What is left to replace to get this fixed?

I have an Acer Aspire 7520-5757 Laptop with a new battery and it charges just fine. Problem is that if I unplug the laptop it shuts off or will not power on from the battery. I bought a brand new battery and charger and it did not solve the issue. I have been using like this for over a year and it happend right outside the one year warranty.

Any Ideas?

I want to sell my computer that is only a month old as I just don't have the time to game any more. I paid a pretty penny for it and tried to sell it on Craigslist but only get emails telling my they could build it for half the price. I have been with the same women for 2 years now and she is always unhappy. The problem is she makes me her everything and refuses to do anything on her own. She is always saying that she loves me excessively and asks questions like do you think I am beautiful daily. I am constantly reassuring her how much I love her and there is no other as pretty on the inside or out as her. It is never enough though. I am a single father with full custody and a small business owner. I have no friends anymore and come home and spend time with my girl and girlfriend. I am 9 years older then her so there is a imbalance of maturity but its gotten out of hand. She is so sensitive that if I say anything that is remotely not over the top positive she is ready to cry and or leave for awhile and pout. I feel like I am imprison and have got to the point that I don't want to spend quality time with her and its made things even worse. I have tryed to leave her but she will not and says no, you love me. I want things to work and have tried everything but she doesn't stop. Its like 20+ I love yours a day kind of crazy. Is there even a chance of it working or am I wasting my time? What else can I do besides talking to her as that doesn't get through.
