I was recently accepted into University of Cincinnati's Engineering program. Three days after that I was accepted to University of Kentucky's engineering school. I've already compiled a list of pros and cons about both schools but I haven't made my official decision yet. When I do, how do I tell the school I didn't choose to go there? If you have any added details I should know that would be very helpful.

I have an unweighted GPA of 3.5. My ACT score of 26 and the SAT is a 1110 (math and reading). I've taken three AP courses including Calc, English, and Psychology which all yielded 4's. I'm a member of NHS, part of the technical crew with theater, and vice president of my class. I'm also involved in a number of other extra curricular activities including teaching religious school.

Would I be accepted into UC's Electrical Engineering program? (not engineering technology)

I come home after a night of eating out and hanging with my friends. I arrive home around 1:15 AM, about an hour past my curfew. I'd told my parents I'd be home around midnight. I lost track of the time since I was having such a good time at my friends house and I then had to rush home. I wasn't drinking, smoking, or doing anything stupid. Mind you I've only done this once before but I was only a half hour past curfew. I'm almost 18 and normally a very responsible person. I never do anything stupid or get myself in trouble. Should I be grounded for the summer as is my current situation?

My friend and his girlfriend had been planning to break up for a while and yesterday they did. I've talked to my friend about all this and I mentioned I might want to ask her out after a while. He fully agrees with this and encourages it.

Now his ex and I are pretty good friends and see each other several times a week at school and what not. What i was wondering is how to get a girl to like you or figure out if she does. This may see like a childish question but I really like her and she's available. Please give me tips and advice if you can. Thanks.

P.S. She and I have also flirted a bit so that probably helps too.

I am 16 and I have my Ohio temps. Can I drive out of state with my temps or will my parents have to take over and drive?

I was on facebook when I decided to chat with this girl whom I know pretty well. She then started talking about how she wanted to get with me and all that. I wasn't too worried about this but for one problem, she normally doesn't talk like that, to ANYONE. It just seems a little strange for her to be talking like that unless it wasn't her. I was one before she was so i doubt anyone got onto her page when it was till up. What i'm wondering is if you get your facebook page hacked, can they also control your chat as well?

Please help, i may have missed a great opportunity!

Is there a big difference between the degrees and which can get you farther in life? I want to go into that field.

If I want to save a file in my main C drive, but I also want to save it as a backup on another drive, how would I do that? Also, if I made changes to that file, but I wanted the changes to be on both saved files, how do I do that?

If you know how, please help!

There's a girl at school who I really like. She just went through a rough patch with her boyfriend and they broke up. I've liked her for about two years now, but I've kept it kind of on the down low. Recently, I've been seeing her stair over at me and when I look back a second time she quickly looks away. As I walk past her in the hallway she always says hi and smiles at me a little. In classes she's always joking around with me.

However, there's a catch. A few months ago I told her how I felt and she said that at the time she only liked me as a friend. Mind you this was when she was still with her most recent boyfriend, and maybe I shouldn't have said anything but... I need to know if you think, given the circumstances, that she likes me.

I was thinking about getting a Dell Studio 15 but I have some questions for anyone who owns one or knows about it. How long does the 6 or 9 cell battery last? How good is the 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450 video card in it? How good are the speakers on it and can you plug speakers into the headphone out port? If you could answers some or all of these questions, you would be a great help.

I'm looking to get a new laptop, but i don't exactly know which one to choose. I want a laptop that can fit a budget of under 1000 dollars, but is also powerful enough to play some of the newer and higher end games. I've looked around and I haven't found much. Please help me!

I asked this girl out a few days ago to go out over spring break. She finally texted me and said she wasn't free that day. I asked her if there were any other days she was free. She said she didn't know yet because of her weird schedule. I called her again today and left a message trying to re-schedule for a different day. This whole thing is becoming mixed up and i'm trying to talk to her directly so we can make plans (this is why I hate texting). I really like this girl and I'd like to go out with her. Of course this could just be a communication mess up.

What I want to know is if you have any suggestions or opinions about this. Please help!

I asked this girl out and she texted me and said she wasn't free that day and she might be going to Florida for spring break so she didn't know when she was going to be available. I wondering if it's ok to call her the same day and try to reschedule the date over the phone.

I asked this girl out over the phone and it all went well accept for the when part. I asked her out for Thursday and she said she'd text if she was free. She hasn't texted me yet and i'm wondering. Should i call her and ask if she's free on thursday or just wait? What do you think?

She's always around friends, she only has one class with me, and I can't see a time in the day when i can get her on her own. I know asking her out in front of her friends would be really awkward. However, for the past 2+ months she's been paying a lot of attention to me. Going out of her way to say hi to me between classes and being very enthusiastic about it. She even got annoyed with me once because i accidentally didn't hear her and respond. She's always talking to me on IM. I don't even have to be on for more than a minute for her to start chatting with me. I don't really mind all of this but it's getting me confused. When she said she only thought of me as a friend i thought she was serious. Now with all this i'm not sure what to think or what she thinks of me. Please Help!
