So I was thinking that in this modern day and age, we need to change up some things.

The other day was the christian holiday of easter; the celebration of the rise of a dead man from the grave. The holiday itself was not originally christian, but pagan, so I see no reason that we cannot commandeer it again.

My proposition is to turn Easter into Zombie Jesus Day. A reminder that once a man rose from the grave craving human flesh, not as savior of mankind but a blood craving monstrosity. On this day every year, we will be reminded of the need to insure ourselves against the next zombie attack.

Load your shotguns people! Inventory your survival supplies! Gather boards and nails for barricades!

The goal is to have a majority of the non-christian population recognizing this day by next year.

This day will be our reminder that the dead have walked and will walk again!!!

I see a lot of ignorance on this site pertaining to the theory of evolution.

I'm wondering if they are not teaching it well enough in high school, or if people just block it out because it contradicts what they believe.

I see a lot of people here don't even understand what a theory is. They just think it's a word to describe a hypothetical idea.

What are the standards in America's schools? I'm very curious as to whether our educational system is failing or if the students are just too dense to get the concept.

And for you in Europe and other continents, same question. Do you guys have good standards when it comes to the teaching of the theory?

So I'm trying to run SPORE on my MacBook Pro with OS X 10.5.

At first I refused the update and tried to play the game as installed. It had some terrible issues with the graphics, slowing to a mere 0.5 frames per second at times.

So, I decided to try updating. I ran the updates and now spore refuses to launch at all. The icon bounces in the dock and then it quits.

I have attempted to reinstall and repeat the process with no avail.
