I wiped my hard drive on my laptop last night now I can't get sound on my online radio stations. I can get sound on Youtube Facebook etc just not online radio stations. Is this a driver error? Thanks for your help :)

I bought a used PS3 and it has a ton of stuff on the hard drive that i don't want. Is there a way to wipe out the entire hard drive on my own? Thanks for the help.
