I love this show and I've seen all of the episodes and want to see more.

I've tried everything from different types of medication, teas, exercise nothing works for me. I get it really bad every month , I get nausea, horrible cramps, fatigue, im basically in bed the whole 4 days that it lasts. Anyone know anything that really helps?

self conscious about my height . Especially because where I live there are not very much tall people . I been called giraffe or giant so I pretty much stick to flats or low kitten heels especially because my current bf is shorter than me. These are the boots i bought

Now my question is is there any way to wear these boots with any type of clothing that wont make me look so tall ? You know how like when people wear black to make them thinner or maybe I should just return them and stick to boots like these

I'm thinking of wearing this pant , I have the exact same one with some heels similar to the ones the model has in the picture. And a shirt similar to this (link below) except its like a light purple sort of lavender color with much less ruffles . I don't want to go overdressed since the spa is located at an island but I want to look professional . I'm not wearing a blazer cause its like 100 degree weather here .

what do you think about the outfit should i stick with a nice white button down blouse instead?

Today my boss got mad at me because there was a rumor that supposedly I was talking about the daughter of the owner of the company so all 3 managers who like to kiss *** to the owner and their family told me that If I didn't apologize to her I was going to have problems. I'm like what?? I got so pissed off because I didn't do anything , she should be apologizing to me because she screamed at me in front of everyone . I told my boss that I didn't care if she was the queen of england i wasn't going to apologize, apologizing would be like if I had admitted to doing something wrong and I didn't do anything. Also I was pissed off because last week when I had a complaint about another person working there nothing was done about it , they basically ignore me and now just because she is who she is I have to kiss *** too , I don't think so! I have a feeling they are going to fire me for any little thing but before that happens I will be going back to get my stuff and not coming back Its not like its the job of the year they even took my hours away . I can't work with them anymore I'm still pissed of even today . I hate it when people that think are better than you take advantage of the situation just because I'm only an employee.

dijo unas mentiras de que supuestamente yo le había dicho cosas de ella y la chava se enojo conmigo me grito en frente de todos , y obvio que yo no me iva a dejar . Me defendí y luego me hablaron los manejantes de la tienda a la oficina que tenia que disculparme con ella y yo me enoje bastante porque en primera yo no hice ni dije nada porque me voy a tener que disculpar solo porque es quien es . Me enoje bastante que creo que me pase pero yo no iva a permitir injusticias y les dije que a mi no me importaba que fuera la reina de inglaterra si yo me disculpaba seria como si estuviera aceptando que hise algo mal y no hice nada malo. Aparte la chava me grito en frente de todos ahi y creo que lo hiso a proposito porque desde un principio note que no le caia bien me hasia caras y no se porque si nunca le hise nada. Ahora se que me van a correr por cualquier cosa solo porque no me quise disculpar . Le fui a reclamar al chavo que dijo todas esas mentiras y no supo que decirme. Ya paso un dia y yo sigo muy enojada porque me cae gorda la gente que se aprovechan de su posicion y ya no me siento comoda seguir trabajando alli despues de todo lo que paso pero si renuncio y no voy me voy a sentir como derotada. Ustedes que opinan? Buscare otro trabajo?

I have a anxiety disorder that affects my life constantly. I am going to therapy but the disorder is still there. Im a college student and I work as a cashier but I got promoted to the office area at my job and I'm already anxious and thinking about telling my manager to forget it that I want to stay as a cashier. This happens every semester at school when i change classes i get anxious and i wont eat and wont sleep. I know i cant be running away from everything just because i get anxious but how do i manage it? Anyone with anxiety have a similar situation?

someone hacked into her email and changed the password. When she pressed forgot password it says that instructions will be sent to her email but how can she see this if she cant sign in. Also the security question doesn't show up either. Any ideas ?

shaking so much and feeling miserable. i get panic attacks and anxiety, I won't eat , i'll throw up , i'll pretty much stay in bed . Why is this? I'm actually feeling this right now and it never goes away . Anybody else go through this or am i the only weird one?

connected to the computer so I thought it was the charger cause it was torn from the cable so i went to the apple store and bought another charger thinking that was the problem. I got my new charger in the mail 2 days ago and my computer has been off for a while so i charged it for 2 days and even with the new charger it doesnt turn on. Somebody told me it could be the battery. What do you guys think?

like depression , anxiety , panic attacks , etc . but the thing is that how can i help these people if i myself are not 100 percent cured . I got rid of my agoraphobia but at nights my anxiety and panic attacks still appear not as much but they are still there. I am getting treatment for this but then I think what if I never get rid of this , how can I reach my goal of becoming a psychologist with mental issues myself. Is there anyone out there who is a psychologist and have gone through this ? Or do you guys think psychology is not for me ? Does a psychologist have to be healthy person all the time ?

i can't seem to find silver shoes like the ones i want so i'm thinking of wearing black heels instead and i'll be wearing some black and silver bracelets with a necklace . Do you girls think this is too much or should i try to find silver shoes to match the clutch?

some months ago and it went away with psychological help now its back . It seems like everytime i have emotional problems anxiety and panic pop up and it scares me . I don't like the feeling , anyone out there know how to control this for good? Also i dont like taking meds they just make me feel worse .
