Question for native Spanish speakers?
A lot of my co-workers are Hispanic women and they have referred to me, jokingly, as "cuñada". I know it literally means sister-in-law, but is there some other meaning or connotation for the word?
3 AnswersLanguages9 years agoWhat do we expect from North Korea?
I'm doing some research on North Korea, and I'm a little confused. I understand North Korea is developing nuclear weapons and have been testing missiles.. but do we expect them to use the weapons? And if the do, will they use it on South Korea, or the United States?
I guess I'm a little confused about what North Korea is trying to accomplish and what the United States' role is in the whole matter.
Can anyone explain?

7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality10 years agoPlease explain: fate vs. free will?
This is mainly for Christians, but any answers are welcome.
I grew up in a mostly Christian family and community, but one concept that always confused me was fate and free will. I don't understand how they can co-exist. People are always saying that God has a plan for us, but the Bible says we have free will. So if we really have free will, how can God have a plan? Because if we were stuck with God's plan, then we aren't really freely choosing anything, are we?
Please explain. I'm confused.

Both he and the ex know that I know about this and have made me swear not to say anything.. what do I do? All 3 of these people are very important to me.
