The officer wrote the court date on my ticket for THURSDAY, the 27th of November. However, that is Thanksgiving day which the courthouse is closed. On top of that, Thursday is actually the 26th. Friday is the 27th. So he wrote the wrong day with the wrong Date. They are closed on that Friday as well. Can I get this ticket thrown out based on this?

and all the little ones beside their comments and other places etc...

OK for about 6 months now I have had this problem. The whole area around above my upper lip is red and raw looking right where my moustache grows. It won't go away. Ive tried cortizone creams, aquaphor lotion, ellidel, and even not shaving for a while. But, it still wont go away and it's very aggravating. It doesn't itch really at all but it bothers me. Ive looked online and there are many others with the same problem and it seems noone knows how to fix this problem. They all say they have been to a dermatologist with no good results. They all prescribe the same things and none of it works. Anyone ever had this problem? and found a fix?

How often do they get paid... weekly or every other?

First things first... I am NOT even close to a Barry Bonds "fan". But, they are unfairly targeting him so hard its not even funny. I am a white guy and I don't even like him, but its so obvious to me and it should be to everyone else. Take a look at it this way. Mark McGuire looked terribly guilty when he faced the court. Even more so than bonds does now. So imagine this... Let's say a white NFL player is "accused" of dog fighting a few years back and noone does anything about it... but now Mike Vick gets in trouble for the same thing. What is the difference bewtween that scenario and whats happening to bonds?

OK over the past year and a half I took 2 separate cycles of steroids. Nothing too potent, just some equipoise and test. I stopped lifting for the last 5 months. I started back a few days ago and was very surprised to see how big i still was. I put on a good bit of size during the cycle but nothing crazy huge. I would say im a well above average muscle builder anyways. But have i made myself permanently bigger? I mean even if i never lifted again would i still have this permanent extra muscle and mass on my frame? I ask because usually after nothing lifting for so long you would think i would lose MUCH more muscle mass then I lost.

I have an opportunity to do what I love for a living, but I am afraid that the money is not going to be what I've always wanted for myself. I honestly have a one-in-a-million body and all the knowledge to be a personal trainer right now. I have the love of being healthy and doing this stuff on a daily basis. My main goal is to open my own fitness club in the next 5-10 years. I just can't decide if it's the road I should go down to achieve that. I guess what im looking for is some real advice about important decision making at a crossroads. Anyone with some honest deep knowledge?

I need to know what to expect as far as progress goes. If I practice for 45 minutes every single day. How long should it be before I am somewhat decent and can play a whole song? (and not some simple nursery rhyme)
